I have 2 aluminium slat awnings I need installed in my courtyard. Height of installation is about 2.5m. you will need a ladder,electric drill and tape measure, as each awning has 3 brackets that need to be installed at specific distances. Two awnings on side of house, need to be removed from external wall so windows can be painted above. The awnings will need to be reinstalled a few days later at a time that suits you. Owner of the house is nervous about wall being damaged so the removal and reinstallation needs to be smooth.

I think it is an Issey roller blind for the balcony. The key for the manual roller arm has rusted and broken. I have someone who has promised to come tomorrow and fix the blind. If that happens I'll cancel the task request. thanks everyone for your interest

The awning’s motor appears to be functioning correctly. However there is something faulty with the sensor(s) as the awning will retract randomly when in the open position. I’ve replaced the batteries for the somfy wind sensor, however this didn’t fix the problem. The same sensor appears to have some internal corrosion of circuitry which could be causing the issue. We need someone experienced to check the whole system and provide a fix

Removed a fascia board prior to painting, it's damaged some of the plaster set behind and is more than the painters can patch. Needs a slim of plaster. Wall length is 4m x 2. 5m

A few small areas of damage after removing decking and knocking a low wall. Need the damaged areas/ exposed brick seen in the photos plastered.

Small verandah timber floor needs cleaning and additional coats of Cabot's applied . 2 coats in the weathered area and final full coat across it all. Need furniture and pots removed while it's done. I have the materials

Supply and install 1sqm of 10mm plasterboard to level 4 finish, sanded and ready for painting. This 1sqm is currently a skylight to be removed. Plenty of space to work in, no other trades on site. Flexible times.

Damage to bedroom ceiling from rain water leak. Needs repair. I would like the damage repaired ready for painting including any sanding. Work needs to be done on a Friday or weekend when I am at home. Access is easy. You will need to make sure area is kept clean with cover sheets etc.

Replace the Gyprock on wall - as pictured.
