Need rendering of house facade

Hi, we have a 1.5m long wall which kicks out about 5-10mm at the top centre. It's in the entry way and I'm concerned it will be obvious when sighting the cornice. Looking for someone to take the edge off this kick at the top of the wall by feathering it out. Have it priced at $100 as I'm guessing it will only take an experienced plasterer 30minutes. I will do the sanding or fixing of any blemishes later to save you having to come back. I'm located in Altona. Im a chippy and have been doing the plastering here myself using all-purpose ready-mix so you can use our stuff if it's easier, given its just a small job.

Patching up downlight holes and cracks

Hi I need plasterboard installed on bathroom walls (circled in red) ready for tiling all the way up for two walls only and need it done by 24th August (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday) in Altona Meadows. One wall that has the smaller square area below the towel rack won't be tiled. Prefer aquacheck plasterboard for wet areas. Price should include labour, materials, fees etc all inclusive. Recently had a gas wall removed from my house leaving a hole in the plasterboard. Looking for someone to come and plaster this hole. It is approximately 2m x 0.4m in size. It is exactly the width between two wall studs.

Power point in cupboard for dishwasher

Not sure if possible of not but I need some rendering repaired. I damaged the render removing a concrete bench top. In the photos it shows the current damage, I expect that to continue to another meter or so when it’s removed. We are looking for a professional and reliable electrician. We’re installing a verandah with a gable cool deck (insulated) roof L10.4 x W4.5mtrs. The cool deck roof is approx. 5cms thick. We require downlights to be supplied and installed. Color of the downlight must be white to match roof and tricolor. We’re thinking between 8-10 lights, but happy to work that in with you to determine what is best for an area of 47sqm. The builder needs 1 day to install the verandah. Downlights to be installed on same day as the builder, as downlights need to be installed in cool deck in tandem with builder. We’ll work with you and the builder to find a suitable day. It will have to be a weekday and must guarantee to attend the same day. Happy to do a cash job but require receipt and prefer payment to be made via this platform.
