We’re looking for an experienced plasterer to complete a small internal plastering job at our office in Albion. Scope of Work: 2 Doorways in total. both doorways are already sheeted. Doorway 1: Already sheeted both sides by our builder – requires plastering and sanding on both sides. Doorway 2: Only one side sheeted required – requires plastering and sanding on that side only. I’m looking for someone to remove a built in wardrobe at my unit in Albion. I need this done between 5-8 April, as I have flooring guys removing all the flooring 9april. Unit is at Albion, second storey walk up. Please include in your quote taking all the waste away. Removal to include the small wall on the side of the cupboard. The sauna is assembled but the main wire was cut last time it was used. You will need to supply materials, will probably need about 3m wire and an AC plug I think The rest of the internal wiring just snaps in place

I have an area that requires some plastering repainted. Where an existing linen cupboard has been removed. In addition some touch ups in bedroom and living area.

Direct stick three sheets to masonry wall Tape all joints including corners and cornice to prepare room for painting Room is 6.5 x 6.5 x 2.6 Bottom sheets were removed to repair leak from 3 walls All sheets have been replaced on 4th wal. Taping is required on all joints and cornice joint on one wall. All materials are on site

Licensed electrician required to complete the below jobs: - connect stove top (new) - this stove top is original location so has hardwiring -connect oven (new) - this is a new location and would need to be wired back to the box with conduit or whatever way you think. Check picture of garage with electrical box and yellow line for wiring required. - re-connect 5 power points that have been isolated (I have hardware) - install 2 new power points (you need to supply hardware) - adjust the height of 1 power point so that is is raised by 300mm - Due date: Before Wednesday, 18 October 2023

Require installation of new tiles on landing and tiles on stairwell, and most likely some filler to flatten out any divots in the concrete. Two different tiles have been sourced (one for entry landing and one for the stairs). Part of the wall which was rendered has also fallen off, please indicate if you are able to fix this as well.
