Have a timber retaining wall bordering my front garden which needs staining black

Looking for someone to re-stain our sauna & spa (and chairs). It’s a slower job with all the corners, glass etc. paying good money so the job is done properly.

There is a stain from roof leak which strata are addressing and will also said they will fix my ceiling but they haven’t yet and I need it to look acceptable to rent

3 deck areas - balcony deck sand and stain - (quite weathered will need full deck sanded will need a few coats) - front door deck slight sand and stain ( patchy areas to sand only) - back larger deck light sand in patches only and stain in good condition won’t need much stain, mainly patches - hammer down nails that have lifted

I left a bucket of water on the floor boards only for 1 hr and came back and found a dark circle stain. I tried to iron out the moisture, tried vinegar and olive oil but I haven’t been able to remove the stain. The task is to remove and mask the stain so that it’s no longer visible on normal inspection.

I have new driveway stainless gutter partiakly installed - its bottom embedded in concrete. It is 4.5m long and 250mm wide. It consists if 5 joints and 5 grills on top. The edges of them do mot quute match to eash other. I want the edjes bent bit and welded together, so they look nice. We can put some patch on the outside to make it stronger. Also need to weld stainless bolts/handles on the sides to be embedded in concrete, so the edges stick to concrete and do not push on the grills. II gave my estimate based on 3h job. I will pay more if we need more time. On the other hand, if you finish earlier I have other similar tasks to weld to use my 3h. I will be helping you. We can discuss details over the phone. This is a frontyard job, so it has to look nice. I expect you having over 2 years experience doing stainless weldings, and a proper welder and other welding tools. The quote should include your consumables like gas and stainless wire. I have 10A power points nearby.

We need a painter to stain our new very large front door, 2 sliding glass doors, and one large window. Inside and outside. All Tasmanian oak. I have the stain and the brushes already.

Stain our back merbau deck, bench and railings - dimensions are 9m x 5m in the attached photo. Total sqm is closer to 55m including the bench etc. Looking for 3 x coats on flat and sub exposed areas of the deck. Looking for 2 coats on the other areas. We will supply the oil for staining.
