Nothing major like (piping)is broken, Should be a pretty straightforward job. but I just need someone to reseal it properly with waterproof silicone. We dog sat the wrong dog. 1 lounge room & 1 bedroom require full carpet clean, with several random spots requiring heavy duty pet urine stain removal. Seeking a professional with industrial equipment only - I've used my Vax shampooer with Urine Off a few times over and the problem isn't lifting. I've also tried Koh, baking soda/vinegar, etc....They look great at first but then seem to come back over time. We needed to replace an induction cooktop, and the new model doesn't fit into the existing hole in our stainless steel benchtop. There is a small water leak from the roof which has resulted in the water staining the plasterboard. Only issue is the leak is directly under the solar panels so ideally i need someone to go in the roof and seal it from the inside.
