I have an apartment with American Oak timber floors. Unfortunately a pot plant has stained a section, about 30cm diameter. I need help removing the stain and restoring back to original colour.

Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with engineered stone/quartz benchtops to treat several light stains around a kitchen sink in West Perth. Please see the attached photos. There are no chips, cracks, burns or other physical damage — only light staining/discolouration. Standard household cleaning has not removed the marks. I would like to know: * whether these marks can be removed with professional stain treatment; * whether sanding, polishing or refinishing is actually necessary; * your total price including labour, call-out and materials; and * whether you can provide a written quote based on the photos before attending. I have already moved out of the property, so access would need to be arranged with the property manager if the quote is accepted. Ideally I’m looking for a localised stain-removal treatment rather than full benchtop restoration, unless restoration is genuinely necessary. I’m looking for someone to fabricate a custom brushed stainless-steel benchtop/cap for an existing outdoor brick BBQ. The top is an irregular shape with a central BBQ recess. I have measurements and photos/sketches that I can provide. Approx overall front width is 115cm, with an 80cm wide x 58cm deep BBQ recess and angled outer sides. Ideally looking for 304 stainless steel suitable for outdoor use, with the visible outer edges folded down approximately 30–40mm to give it a finished benchtop appearance. Happy for it to be made in one piece or several sections, whichever is most practical and economical. I can make a full-size cardboard template for accurate fabrication if required. Looking for supply and fabrication only – I can install it myself. Please quote including stainless steel, cutting, folding and finishing. Open to recommendations on thickness/design to keep the cost reasonable while still achieving a neat finished result.
