Looking for someone to sand and repair a small section of wooden floorboards where unfortunately a leaked cleaning product has stripped the surface. Section less than 1sqm and needing to match consistently with the surrounding floor. Looking for a quote please to repair the affected area with materials supplied in the matching colour.

I have accidentally damaged the floor by placing a plant that leaked and left a black stain. As I though the floor boards were timber, I tried to sand it off but it turned out it was an engineered wood so now it looks like I need to replace a few pieces. I would like to fix it before moving out.

The shelf at my rental unit is wooden with a white paint over it. I had left a Coles plastic bag on the shelf but it melted and has caused the paint to come out. Not sure what needs to be done. If it needs to be sanded down and repainted - if the whole shelving unit needs to be repainted to look like what it was originally. Added a photo of a part of the shelve that is not affected by the plastic bag as well.
