One big stain due to vomit

Can be done anytime from today’s date until 20/09/2021. Weekends would suit me the best or after 4pm weekdays. I moved into a brand new property in September 2020 and my last vehicle leaked about 10 spots of oil on the concrete in the garage. I have been asked by the Real Estate to remove it. Today I tried the Wurth Oil Stain Remover but it didn’t work. I would love some help with getting this issue sorted as I don’t want to have any of my bond deducted when my lease finishes on the 29/08/21.

Need decks, screens and rails sanded and restrained as well as numerous walls repainted estimated 24 full 8 hour days of work. Tools and paint supplied.

We recently had some pallet furniture put together, however before I can go out into the elements it needs to be stained and coated with marine varnish.
