Hi there, I have a garage roof that needs repairing in woollahra - it requires gutter and roof repair, and new plaster and ceiling work to the inside The roof is aluminum sheeting and a box gutter (standard gagrge roof materials) - the width of the garage is approx 5.5-6m, and leakage is probably from the connection of the roof to the box gutter - with all the rain its affected the plaster around the opening of the roller door.

The house is an Edwardian terrace. The chimney is dripping into the fireplace when it rains. I’d like the chimney made watertight. This is likely a simple capping at the top job. In addition, there is a small leak from a tiled section of roof that I’d like seen to. There is a leak at another point of tiled area. And lastly, a small joint in a modern section of glass roof needs a spot of silicon.

Hi guys, I have a small sunroof leak in a Porsche macan. The drains are not blocked but it’s still leaking. It looks like the connection point of the sunroof drain.
