A few of the wooden support beams have started to rot, and several sections of the corrugated roofing have holes that are causing leaks. Before starting the job, I will need someone to come to my place and advise me on what materials I should purchase. Once the materials are ready, you’ll replace the damaged beams and install the new corrugated roofing sheets. Please see the attached photos. The flue on the roof need to be removed and need to put in tiles and close the tiles will be provided by the customer

I need someone with a tall ladder and roof safety experience to: Remove pigeon nests and droppings from under my solar panels (2nd story roof). Install gutter guard/chicken wire mesh (supplied by me) around the outer edges of the solar panels. Secure the mesh using UV-resistant or stainless steel cable ties (also supplied). Labour only. Mesh must only be attached to the panel frame with ties (no drilling/screwing into panels or roof tiles). Just need a clean, safe job done to keep pigeons out. Please provide your quote for labour.
