Old roof mounted split system was removed by licensed technicians, looking for installation of a new Mitsubishi 5kw split air conditioner, indoor unit on internal drywall (Indoor unit in living room, backside of living room drywall is garage), outdoor unit to be roof mounted. Roof mounting bracket already in place and power cable in J box available on the roof to use. House is single story.

Cleaning of downpipes on all sides of house. 3. cleaning bird nests and debris under the solar panels. 4. Cleaning of solar panels. 4. safe guard and secure the Solar panel(22 panels based on GPS pic) surrounding with stainless steel PVC mesh to avoid Pigeons making nest beneath 5.All work carried must include before and after pictures to ensure the cleaning and work is completed as expected . Note;- I don't have access to inspect or see the entire roof. Attached Pictures will give an idea. Quotation should include with materials and break up of cost. It will help me decide if i can receive detailed quotation.
