This is a short job but requires someone confident and safety-conscious working at height. We would like a cost effective and temporary solution as we will be doing major renovations in the next 3 months. The previous owner directed all the rain water collected from the roof into a gutter, then a PVC pipe (see blue circle in diagram) from the gutter, under the terrace and dumped it all right next to our neighbour's property (see red line in diagram). We would like a new above ground PVC pipe to be installed so the rain water will be divert and directed out the back of the property into the garden (see blue line in diagram) so it's not a major problem for our neighbours. Per diagram, length should be ~10m max. As mentioned above, we will be doing major renovations on the property soon so just require a temporary and cost effective solution. There is a small leak somewhere in our scallion roof that needs fixing. We have had other leaks fixed in the past but now the water is coming through in a different place so I'm looking for someone to get up there and systematically work through and seal all of the potential points where the water might be coming in. It is a second story roof so a long ladder will be required to gain access from the side of the house.
