We would like a cost effective and temporary solution as we will be doing major renovations in the next 3 months. The previous owner directed all the rain water collected from the roof into a gutter, then a PVC pipe (see blue circle in diagram) from the gutter, under the terrace and dumped it all right next to our neighbour's property (see red line in diagram). We would like a new above ground PVC pipe to be installed so the rain water will be divert and directed out the back of the property into the garden (see blue line in diagram) so it's not a major problem for our neighbours. Per diagram, length should be ~10m max. As mentioned above, we will be doing major renovations on the property soon so just require a temporary and cost effective solution.
