Gutter cleaning required

Hi there, I’m looking to have two downpipes installed. I already have the Colorbond pipes (2.4m), but they will need to be cut to size and properly connected to the existing guttering. You’ll need to have the appropriate tools and materials to cut into the gutter and securely fit the pipes. Additionally, I need a rain chain installed. I have the chain and necessary parts, but it will require a cut into the existing gutter and proper sealing to ensure it’s watertight and secure. Thanks!

I need a to run 8 Ethernet cables (Cat5) through the plasterboard ceiling of my house This is to prepare for a CCTV security camera system. The task only involves installing the cabling – mounting and connecting the CCTV cameras will be done later. You will access the roof/ceiling space via an existing manhole and neatly run the cables to each designated camera location.

Need a handy person as baby is due soon!  My husbands timeframe dont match mine so decided to get some outside help otherwise it will never get done! Will require own transport( no public transport available in our area) tools and materials. 1. Patch and paint 2x holes and patch and paint another area that i stuck something to the wall and peeled some paint off. Will supply paint only. 2. Baby proof large mirror fixing to the wall somehow. 3. Build metod pantry cabinet. Also fix to wall. 4. Build 4x industrial shelving.
