Hi! I am looking to get insulation and a multi-head reverse cycle split system aircon system installed in my unit before November this year. There is currently no cavity access into the ceiling and the roof cavity is shallow and low pitch (I have been advised that there is unlikely to be much crawl space). As such, I have been advised that to get both done will require a roof plumber to remove sections of the tin sheeting and then reinstate the roof afterwards. The total roof area is approximately 77m squared and the original tin sheeting can be reused (no need for a full replacement - it just needs to be out of the way for the works to be done and then reinstated as it was). Is this something you would be able to help me with? I would need detailed plans to provide the strata for them to consider approval. Would you be able to give me a comprehensive quote please? Where corner joins from long part of gutter to small part it is broken. Need corner join replaced, not sure if you need to replace the 2 gutter parts or if it can be patched with corner join.

Gutter cleaning required

Hi there, I’m looking to have two downpipes installed. I already have the Colorbond pipes (2.4m), but they will need to be cut to size and properly connected to the existing guttering. You’ll need to have the appropriate tools and materials to cut into the gutter and securely fit the pipes. Additionally, I need a rain chain installed. I have the chain and necessary parts, but it will require a cut into the existing gutter and proper sealing to ensure it’s watertight and secure. Thanks!

I need a to run 8 Ethernet cables (Cat5) through the plasterboard ceiling of my house This is to prepare for a CCTV security camera system. The task only involves installing the cabling – mounting and connecting the CCTV cameras will be done later.
