I need a roofer to replace 1 x cracked charcoal concrete roof tile on a single-storey house. Issue: The tile was previously patched with flashing tape which has failed. Water is now bubbling the paint in the room corner directly below. Task: 1. Please bring 1 x matching charcoal concrete tile (I don't have a spare). 2. Replace the taped tile and check if the ridge capping/pointing nearby needs a small reseal. 3. The job will require removing the entire gutter, along with the pieces attached to the side, and lowering it slightly to create the correct fall.
