Find experienced local roofers in Kingsville

We've had a building inspector cover to our property and advised that the backyard has inadequate site drainage. Lack of proper drainage has led to water pooling around the foundation of the property. The gutters and down pipes appear to be insufficient in directing water away from the property. Need to advise proper drainage solution to mitigate the issue with inadequate water drainage. Note- this job is only to check the drainage both storm and sewage with a camera and advise what the issue is and solution to it.

Service a Braemar ducted gas heater - in working condition but there is a duct in the roof that needs to be reattached (see photo from building inspection report, also to note the insulation has been cleaned out and replaced in the roof since that photo was taken so it’s much cleaner up there).

Need metal sheet roof removed. Roof area is 7.3m long and 5m wide. There are two layers of metal sheet - original corrugated roof, then aluminium tiles on top. Need both removed back to original rafter & batten. Two-plank scaffolidng installed to help removal work. Some screws have come loose on the lowest level of the roof (front porch) which has caused the corrugated iron sheet to lift away and water is not draining into the gutter but into the roof cavity. The sheet is still in ok condition, no rust, so I think only the screws and sheet need re-fitted/screwed back into place. May have to lift out the sheet and put it back in. Some screws may need to be replaced also. Approx area is 4m long by 2m wide. Flexible with dates.

Wash, re-bed and re point glazed terracotta tiled roof

Green bin on-site but may not be big enough for removal of branches. Due date: Needs to be done asap
