Need cleaning for 8 Solar Panels installed on roof.

Need someone to lay some roof sheets and do some flashing internal and external flashings on 2 smalls roofs And also replumb downpipe The roof sizes are 3.45x3.65 2.46x1.9 Happy for someone to come have a look

I would like to have two downpipes installed as described in the pictures. Currently one is blocked and other has a pipe to a water tank. I would like to open the blocked one and install downpipe. The other i would like to add a shutoff or just a plug, and install a new downpipe. There are already drain points below per image. Please quote parts and labour

Garage roof is coming down and need to be replaced or fix it

We need licenced person to apply waterproofing membrane to small shower cabin and floor area and provide certificate of compliance with signature upon completion. Please see attached photos as a reference of the size of the bathroom. Please note that everything is removed and the plasterboards and subfloor installed. Ideally to be completed on Thursday or Friday morning this week. We'll only accept neat, professional and efficient tradesperson. We will provide membrane, roller and tray. Thanks!

Advice for Repair of roof plaster sagging down in garage noticed with one hole on one side. If we see plaster in middle is down from side. Might need recreating or renailing by handyman Pls quote for your visit and checks and indicate how much will be price for mailing with invoice inclusive of GST to fix roof approx. Need replacement downpipes

Replace old whirly bird with a new one that I have bought (single storey, tile roof)

The roof has water marks and needs to be replaced. The damaged area would be probably 1m * 1m

I'm looking at getting the sheets replaced with trimdeck calorbond sheets and any flashing and capping as required. You will need to supply and install and remove any waste. I'm putting down a rough measurement I've taken. 2.8 metres in length x 12 sheets and 2.6 m x 8. Some flashing will be required as well at the back part that is attached to the structure of the home. I have a budget of $1500. If you can come over and have a look. I need the job done by Friday.

One sheet of laser light roofing to be replaced on a pergola roof

Double story - requires gutter clean

Downpipe connection to gutter needs to be connected with an extender or any ideas ( 100mmx50mm) may be 2-3 inches extender would fit or a pops etc I see there is connection moved from downpipe to gutter connection as in the picture. Could be due to earth movement.

Material: self priming Dunlop paint already purchased, two coats needed. Someone with experience and an airless sprayer, please get in touch.

I have a small opening on my rood and needs a piece of wood installed (i got the wood) Problem isy ladder cant reach so you will need a long ladder. See the picture.

[Please READ carefully] Task One: Prepping the rest of roof tile pointing with a wired grinder with cutting disk. I have done two ridge lines and need an extra pair of hands with to do the rest of the lines together ASAP. No need to remove all of the old pointing, simply grind alone the edge of the tiles and existing pointing nearby (see photo 5). Possible Tasks Two and Three: If you have previous experience, I am happy to pay for extra labour for repointing and roller painting as well (materials for repointing and painting have been purchased) Single story house, concrete tiles, already pressure cleaned, damage fixed. Roof is not steep, no guarding rails. You are accepting the job at your own risk.

Need someone to sand and paint x7 gables in total. X4 with lattice (no need to sand) and x3 with weather boards inset. We will supply paint. Just need sander and paint brush.
