Needing someone to fix my roof it’s leaking , I’ve had it re sealed and painted but apparently the hip is too high causing water to leak .

I would like to have two downpipes installed as described in the pictures. Currently one is blocked and other has a pipe to a water tank. I would like to open the blocked one and install downpipe. The other i would like to add a shutoff or just a plug, and install a new downpipe. There are already drain points below per image. Please quote parts and labour
