Currently there are roughly 192 polycarbonate roofing screws with dome washers installed. It takes about 24 screws per sheet. Please also note, during replacing, there are some timber on the frame that are coming off that will need hammered back in with potentially additional regular nails needed to ensure they don't come off again due to high wind.

You will need to bring all the required tools (e.g. high ladder, scissors to cut the sheet, ruler, drill, screwdriver, etc.). What needs to be done: 1. Remove the old sheet. 2. Unscrew and remove the old screws. 3. Cut new sheet to size (if needed). 4. Fit the new sheet. 5. Secure with new screws. Note: One piece of timber on the pergola is a bit rotten, which makes it hard to screw into. I’ll need your advice on how to secure the new roofing sheet without replacing the whole timber beam. You might need to attach a small piece of timber to it, or suggest another way to fix it properly.
