Clean the gutters on our 2 story house

Single wall in bedroom has some mould buildup, likely due to being glued to cinder block wall behind it and cinder block exterior wall not being waterproofed. Need: exterior wall waterproofed + interior bedroom wall gyprock patched/painted. Section of wall (both exterior and interior) is approx 3.3 metre wide x standard height wall.

Looking for someone to clean and remove gutter debris from a single story 2 bedroom terrace house in Enmore. Surrounding areas must be left clean. I.e. where you wash off - Due date: Flexible

Looking for someone to replace roughly 2.5m of terracotta stormwater pipe and connect it to the currently unconnected downpipe (directly above one end). The stormwater pipe flows to the kerb and has been jet blasted. I've dug down to the top of the pipe to make it easier to remove. Need you to take the rubbish with you. - Due date: Flexible

The downpipe from my gutter isn't connected to stormwater. With some digging I've found what I think is a terracotta stormwater pipe but it's blocked. Looking for someone to clear out the stormwater pipe (accessible from the street), run a camera up there to check for damage, repair pipe if necessary, and connect downpipe to stormwater. Stormwater pipe opening (house-side) is approx 70cm directly below the PVC downpipe and runs 4.5m to street. Realise there's a bit of unknown to this job. I need someone to come out and quote for the following work. If I accept the offer and then the quote I'd like the initial offer to be deducted from the final cost. 1. Guttering, 4 metre, metal. This is rusted and needs replacing, street side of house facing road, 2 storey building with front balcony. 2. Gable end flashing / bargeboards. The boards need replacing and the flashing needs to be refitted correctly. When we moved into the property there was no flashing on the gable end. We paid someone to install some, but it appears they used MDF, not timber for the bargeboards. Recently our neighbour had a tree removed and when they removed it, they ripped the board off the side of the house. 3. Guttering clearing. The tree that grew next door deposited lots of leaves etc into the gutter and you can see plants growing in it. This needs clearing. 4. Small leak on the pitched tiled roof. We have a loft room and when it rains heavily there is a small leak in the roof as the plasterboard becomes softer. It is quite rare for us to notice and there’s no stain, but it has been patched and I’d like it checked please. - Due date: Flexible
