Onsite caravan that needs waterproofing later painted on the roof

Approx 2 days work installing underfloor insulation batts in new home.

There are three holes in the roof from where old light fittings have been removed that need to be filled/ plastered/ and sanded down.

I need a section of guttering replaced above the front veranda & a section of the facia also needs replacing. The gutter section sits above the veranda, it starts from the front window , goes towards the front door then across to the driveway. The facia section has water damage on the corner section near the front door & will need replacing most likely 1 meter either side . The metal sheet in that area can be removed & reinstalled for accessibility. I’ve currently propped it up in that section , the bracket on the metal frame will need to be secure the new facia in that Corner section. - Due date: Flexible

I have had some tiles (concrete) removed from my roof to lighten the load on some temporary posts that were supporting the roof whilst I was waiting for my slab to be poured where the original brick piers were. There are around 100 roof tiles that need to be re inserted. All timber work on my roof trusses etc is still up. Site to be left clean. All tiles are on site as they were not broken but lovingly taken off and stacked carefully. - Due date: Before Sunday, 24th Oct 2021
