I have a large hole in my roof and need it repaired

I need to get my annual gutter clean done. Double story house. I'd also like to see if you can address the noisy dripping from the downpipes that continues for hours and hours after the rain stops. I have read many home solution ideas like hanging something like rope, chain or fibreglass fishing tape in the downpipe to reduce the dripping. Job would include ensuring it is not a debris issue and then installing something to stop the dripping.

Roof seems to be leaking and started a mound patch above front foyer, need to find the point of leak and fix to prevent further internal damage

Small roof leak near the back door requires fixing, does not appear to be from overflowing gutters. Causing some discolouration of the roof. The roof is tiled.
