Can hear scratching in the roof at night as well as the smell of a dead rat/mouse in the roof that I can't locate from looking in the manhole. Need someone to climb through the roof to find the dead rat and also trap the other one alive in there.

Tree fell and pulled off the drain gutter, need someone to replace the screws that strapped the gutter against the wall. Reattach the gutter to its connection and replacing the bottom connecter that's chipped a little.

1x downpipe bracket has fallen off. Need 1x bracket only to be re-installed on the 2nd storey of brick veneer. Have the existing downpipe bracket however will need the appropriate screws / anchor.
