Hi! I am looking to get insulation and a multi-head reverse cycle split system aircon system installed in my unit before November this year. There is currently no cavity access into the ceiling and the roof cavity is shallow and low pitch (I have been advised that there is unlikely to be much crawl space). As such, I have been advised that to get both done will require a roof plumber to remove sections of the tin sheeting and then reinstate the roof afterwards. The total roof area is approximately 77m squared and the original tin sheeting can be reused (no need for a full replacement - it just needs to be out of the way for the works to be done and then reinstated as it was). Is this something you would be able to help me with? I would need detailed plans to provide the strata for them to consider approval. Would you be able to give me a comprehensive quote please?
