Find experienced local roofers in Bardon

I'm looking for someone to repair some sections of roof, guttering and timber awnings on my house. I have a scissor lift on site as I am currently having the house painted.

Minor roof repairs needed (must supply own ladder to get access). - removal of existing tarp on roof (currently partially screwed on). - replacement of broken short downpipe section shown in photo. - sealing required at metal sheet junction (sealing composite needed in one spot where 3 sheets join). - general cleaning of gutters if required.

We have a few tiles damaged on our roof. Need to have Sikaflex or similar to bond the broken tiles… as a temporary fix. Standard access via carport.

Water is leaking through two holes in the deck roof, tracking along the roof’s slope and dripping nearby. The damage includes a tennis ball–sized hole in the clear corrugated polycarbonate roof sheet, and a gaping hole with a chipped section in the flat fibre cement ceiling panel beneath the impact.

I need a shirt on my veranda tin roof installed. 7.2 meters long, I was a owner builder and didn’t know about roof shirts but needed one now.

A balcony roof has a waterproof membrane above, which has failed over many years. In times of heavy rain, it leaks. The membrane needs to re replaced or Colourbond installed over it. Thereafter, the ceiling board requires repairing (from leaking) and repainting.

Gutter down the side needs replacing as has wholes in it. Materials will be required.

Dog proofing 2 house side fenced. One requieres work on the entire bottom and side part. The second one only on the side part. Also securing on side of the house. It had a aprox 15cm-20cm hole that goes along almost the entire side of the house aprox 15m along the side. Plastic or wood covers can be used.

Need help installing a retractable awning to the roof of house. Ideally someone who has experience installing brackets or similar onto roofs. I have already purchased the awning and have found appropriate brackets to complete the job, but I need an experienced builder or handyman to install the bracket onto to the roof. We can help lifting awning onto the bracket once they are in place. I've attached photos of similar installs
