Find experienced local roofers in Banksia Grove

The current window is a standard single sliding window (approx 2x1m). The black locking clasp has a piece that fell off (that I still have) but all in all it still works/slides. I’d like to fix that piece and make sure the glass is flush when it closes, as it currently sits a bit wonky (probably contributing to the noise leaks to my disgruntled neighbours). I’d also like to implement any other affordable sound proofing measures you can suggest would be effective such as brush / weather strips, acoustic sealant and foam seal etc. If you can offer me a good price for another proven method of sound proofing such as double glazing etc then I’m also open to that. I want to make my room as sound proof as possible without turning it into a recording studio. Any help pointing me in the right direction would truely be appreciated.

I think tiles are cracked and cement has some gaps. But someone needs to come a inspect. I may be wrong too. Needs this leak fixed!

Needing a roof fixer to be able to Sicilian a top piece of flute on roof as it's leaking. May need to get into the roof to see where the water leak is coming from. It's a tin roof s it's just the top piece of the flute that is attached to the tin roof which rain is getting in through that as need to get it cicilcan to stop the rain from coming in as it's causing damage now to the top of the roof

There is a small patch of mould on our ceiling and I think there is a roof leak that needs to be repaired. We have a tiled roof.

A section of gyprock from the roof was removed to replace it due to water damage. But when removed, they noticed the roof timber is not flush, and needs that piece replaced with the right size timber. The builder may not have had it when building and used a shortcut. I need someone to come out and look at the work and quote me. It is an area of approx 5m x 1/2 m. - Due date: Flexible

My roof of my for explorer needs a sand and respray. It's showing a little rust and fade. I also have a bull bar I want resprayed. The bull bar is not attached to the car and I don't need it installed. Just painted. Same colour as roof. Currently have roof bars on the car, but will take them off when the time is right.
