The measurements of the roof are metal roof 5.4m X 9.5m total square metres of colour boand roof and redo flashings is 51.3 sq m and the flat roof which needs rewater proofing is 9.4 X5.5 51.7 sq m. It's a two-story terrace house requiring a three-story ladder for the front gutters. The roof is quite steep, so access is only possible with a harness at the back or a taller ladder at the front. There are only a few gutters, but they are positioned quite high up, as shown in the pictures. The back section can be done with a smaller ladder as a two-person job
