The roof currently has a leak and is sagging, so it will need a new frame or bracing support as part of the repair. Ideally, I want the leak properly sealed and the structure reinforced so it’s good as new. As per photos a small section of the pointing has come loose at the bottom of the valley, around 50cm has broken away. As a result tiles have slipped and I’m struggling to lift tiles and insert the one which you can see sideways. No tiles are broken although I have plenty of spares. I need this fixed ASAP to avoid future rain getting in.
