I installed a portable dance pole in my ceiling 6+ months ago but it was over-tightened and not properly aligned with a ceiling joist/beam. As a result the ceiling has cracked and slightly dinted in around the pole point. I’m looking for someone experienced to assess the ceiling damage and hopefully repair the crack and dint. Photos can be provided and price negotiable.

Colour bond carport roof is leaking. House tile roof is fine and out of scope. Suspect the bolts need gaskets or sorta around them as the leak is dispersed across the area. Safety equipment recommended due to height. Ladder required. A guarantee/warrantee is requested.
