Hi The roof ceiling insulation base ziplock was cracked due to stepping on it while trying to retrieve a dead mouse. The crack is about 2m x 2m Need the base to be fixed with same material.

I have an older cottage and in the severe rain a few weeks ago I had water ingress. I believe this to be from around where the screws fit tin to batons - I need roof checked and screws resealed. I dont have actual pictures of the roof as I am unable to climb up but front the pictures of the internal leaks I am able to pin point the approximate areas of the problem. Areas are in 2 bedrooms and kitchen - and these all line up across one section of the roof.

Looking for quotes to Fix slipping roof tiles of a double story house.

I have a couple of leaks on the guttering/outside porch area of my 1 storey stand alone brick apartment. I previously got some of the leaks patched and gutters checked, however whenever there is a lot of rain, there is a particularly persistent leak right above from front door in porch area. A few other spots along the guttering doing it too. I don’t have the means to check the guttering and this leak is becoming persistent and annoying so need it fixed. I have tried to use tape for leaks but didn't work and just still leaks through when heavy rain.
