I have stain on my alfresco roof , I think there may be leakage somewhere.

We have a tiled roof with a damaged/broken area, as shown in the photos. We are looking for an experienced and licensed roofer / roof tiler to inspect and repair the damaged area. Scope of work: * Inspect the damaged area * Repair or replace the damaged roof tiles * Repair any cracked/damaged mortar or bedding if required * Make sure the area is properly sealed and weatherproof * Check that there is no potential water leak * Supply and install any required materials This is a small localised repair only. We are NOT looking for a full roof restoration or replacement. Please provide a quote including labour and materials. Photos are attached for reference. Hi, I’m looking for an appropriately licensed/insured tradesperson to investigate and repair what appears to be a small roof leak above our bathroom. There is visible water staining on the bathroom ceiling near the cornice (photo attached). There is only a roof above this area, so I would like the roof/roof space inspected to determine where the water is entering. Looking for someone who can: Inspect the roof and roof space above the affected area Identify the source of the water ingress Repair/seal the source of the leak Check the affected ceiling/plasterboard for any significant damage Advise whether the ceiling needs repair or simply stain-blocking/repainting once completely dry Please include any materials required in your offer, or let me know separately if materials are likely to be additional. I’m mainly concerned with fixing the source properly rather than just covering the ceiling stain.

I have a limited budget of around $200, so I’m only looking to make the damaged/open section safe and weatherproof rather than replace the whole roof. Existing frame is still there. roof is coming away from the timber structure

Australian Leak Detection has already carried out a professional water-ingress investigation and identified the source of the leak. Their report found a significant number of damaged and/or unsealed sections of roof flashing around the garage roof/upper-level roof area. A controlled spray test failed and confirmed that water is entering through defective flashing areas via capillary action and causing water ingress to the garage ceiling below. The external garage wall was separately spray-tested and passed, so the identified problem is the roof/flashing area. Required works: - Review the supplied Australian Leak Detection report and photographs. - Inspect the identified roof flashing areas. - Identify all damaged, separated or inadequately sealed flashing/joints. - Remove deteriorated or failed existing sealant where required. - Properly prepare the affected surfaces. - Repair and professionally reseal the flashing/junctions using appropriate roofing-grade materials. - If sections of flashing are damaged beyond resealing, advise and repair/replace/fabricate the required flashing. - Check relevant flashing laps, fixings and junctions while carrying out the repair. - Conduct a controlled hose/water test after completion to confirm the repaired area is watertight. - Clean up and remove all waste. This is not a request simply to apply silicone over the existing problem. I am looking for someone experienced in roof flashing and water-ingress repairs who can rectify the underlying defect properly. The leak investigation has already been completed, and a detailed 13-page report with photographs showing the affected areas is available and will be supplied. A few Roof tiles has moved from its place on the back of the double story house. Need someone to come and fix tiles

Persistent noise coming from the eaves/roof area of my double-storey home during windy days/nights. The source is unknown and may be related to the eaves, guttering, roofing components, or movement of materials. Need an approved roofer for work on a single story, gently sloping roof which needs a few things to prevent a minor leak inside the house. 1. Replace/extend a spreader pipe (pipe provided) 2. Replace a section of barge roll (barge roll provided) 3. lift sheet below spreader to remove debris, repair sacking if possible 4. Seal a few pop rivets 5. Seal flashing if possible

I've got water damage appearing on the ceiling of a study/sunroom and need someone to find the source and fix it. The paint and plaster have blistered and lifted along a line across the ceiling, which looks like water tracking from a leak above. There's also a recessed downlight close to the damaged area, so there's a potential water-near-electrical concern to be mindful of. What I'm after: Inspect the roof and ceiling cavity to identify where the water is getting in Repair the leak itself (flashing, tiles/sheeting, seals — whatever the cause turns out to be) Let me know if the ceiling/plaster repair and repaint is something you can also do, or if I'll need a separate plasterer/painter Flag any electrical safety issue with the nearby downlight if relevant Photos of the ceiling damage are attached. Need to clean gutter and drainage Check for any leaks on the roof tiles and repair any spots. House is unit on ground floor

I have a tile which has dislodged and needs to have mortar repaired and put back. It is on the second story. Only experienced roofers considered and if you break a tile you must replace it (I have spares). Work ideally done on a Friday or weekend.
