I need the following work done on our roof - Remove all builders waste from site on completion of repairs, may have to remove, set aside and reinstall solar panels and brackets to facilitate roofing repairs, re-silicon of ridge capping to main roof to affected areas, cut top sheets to supply and install transition flashing to pitch change section under solar panels, remove and replace bottom section of roof sheeting near transfer flashing under solar panels.

I have a flat tin roof in my property that is leaking and some sheets people have stepped on it. It needs to be repaired and maybe some sheets need to be replaced and some flashing too. Single storey house. Size 113 square meters.

Our veranda roof at the back of the house leaks during heavy rain. The back roof is sloping towards the house rather than towards the outside gutter. The gutter above is discharging onto this roof as well, which in heavy rain can not cope with the amount of flow. We need to replace the roof sheets and pack underneath to provide a slight fall to the outside gutter. A new downpipe to the outside gutter to run along the side wall and into the existing downpipe has to be installed also. Happy to provide materials for installation.

We recently had the roof repainted, and it’s possible some tiles may have been moved or displaced during the job. Now we’re seeing visible water stains and mould on the ceiling . This panel at the bottom of the roof has come loose. It seems that the strip holding it in place, and joined with the other panel, is gone. I have attached a photo of what a healthy joint looks like.

Need roof tile repair. Mainly two corners per photos. Any similar tile is fine, doesn't need to match fully. Also there is around 10-15 other tiles that are chipped/need replacement. I don't have any spare tiles so please provide tiles

There is a leak and the ceiling has a slight drip. If you look through the hole there is a slight bit of sunlight so it’s suspect the roof tile has a crack or mortar needs fixing. Happy to accept job and advise extent of work onsite Need to repair Tiles available

Roof Leaks after yesterday’s rain. Need to figure out the issue and get it fixed. A roofer fixed it 2 years ago, but it is back again.

There were a couple of damages we had in the last storm and I need a handy man to get materials (I don’t have a car) and fix it. 1). There is a hole in our roof of the garden deck. We need to get that fixed by getting new roof (looks plastic, from Bunnings. 2) the down pipe was rotten and broken and needs to be replaced too. Quote doesn’t include material fees. I'm looking to get some old concrete ridge/hip tiles rebedded/repointed. This is in advance of works needed to clean and paint the roof. Please see the following images, but you would also probably need to make an assessment once here about any further rebedding/repointing that would need to be done.

Get two polycarb Trimdek sheets and replace to match existing on roof. Check wood structure and if the moldy part need to be fixed.

As I am selling my house, I need some minor repairs done to cracks in the tile mortar and a valley tile which is loose/slipping down which were flagged in the building inspection, single story home – images from the building report attached. Please note that the roof is still water-tight and there’s no leaking. I will need a report following this job to say that the repairs have been completed by a qualified roofing professional with images, for sale purposes. Flexible on timing but needs to be completed by 23rd May.

My single storey iron roof is in two parts and leaking in one place where the roofs join and over rivet holes in another place. I aim to replace the roof soon and this is an interim fix.
