My outdoor patio has 2 narrow clear panels that got damaged with the hail recently.They are about 14cm wide and 3.3metres long.Looking to replace these or replace with the metal sheeting,preferably before Christmas.

I have a cliplok roof which needs some flashing repairs and minor leak fixed.

Colour bond carport roof is leaking. House tile roof is fine and out of scope. Suspect the bolts need gaskets or sorta around them as the leak is dispersed across the area. Safety equipment recommended due to height. Ladder required. A guarantee/warrantee is requested.

Two story townhouse, roof tile has either broken or moved above my sons bedroom and water is showing on the ceiling plaster upon heavy rain. Hello Skilled personnel, Three areas of concern on a rooftop for a fast food store in Seaford. Chimney stacks, Box-gutters & Above toilet block leak. Chimney: on heavy rain down pour ONLY the inside-store exhaust vents above the hot plate grill plate leaks water, believed to come through the chimney stacks, most likely reason, but not definitely. (If you believe that to be true, it would require stripping back past applications of tar & black goo, etc ) Box gutters: rusted out, needs replacing 15m width approx. Toilet block in the store experiences water leaking, unidentified source. My bet it’s from the box gutter leaking. 1m porthole access to the roof, access vi rear carpark, laundromat. I’m open to other maintenance suggestions, whilst onsite. Ignore my $10 budget, please quote. Regards, Adrian.
