There are water patches on the garage ceiling plasterboard that develop under heavy rain. They are approximately in line with the flashing on the roof over the garage where the roof meets the second storey brickwork. There is possibly a second leak towards the gutter on the boundary side. The roof is lined with flat concrete roof tiles. Refer to the photos attached. Please quote for the following: 1. Investigate the leaks and identify areas that require repairing. 2. Assess any damage to the ceiling plasterboard and frame caused by the leak. 3. Apply a permanent repair that is compliant with the Building Code of Australia.
Jacob arrived on time and was able to find the roof leak and repair it within a matter of minutes. He is an expert in what he does and I would gladly recommend him for any roof leak repair job.

Replace 1 roof ridge cap to the same color & profile as existing. Replace 1 tile, and then install mortar bed and then repoint. Job is a double story and can be done whenever it suits you. Just want it done soon as it might rain and start leaking. The box gutter has been repaired and they had to remove x2 ridges that are about 1 meter long each.
