needs to fix these issues: -dent parts -A a pipe penetration through the upper end of the garage roof. The penetration is located approximately 600mm from the top of the roofline and is flashed with an EPDM flashing boot. Evidence of staining from water retention in the pans of the roof sheeting at the top of the flashing boot, and the application of excessive sealant to the sheet pans at the base of the apron flashing above. The EPDM boot has been installed ‘square’ across the corrugated roof covering, which promotes the retention of water build up in the pan of the sheet. This allows water to fill the pans and back charge under the flashing being in close proximity to the penetration. The recommended methodology for the installation of the boot is a ‘diamond’ configuration, which sheds and deflects the water around the penetration. -the lower east guttering along the fenceline to be poorly fitted and joined, and to exhibit damage and distortion. I observed dried sediment/dirt throughout the bottom of the guttering, confirming the retention of water after rain periods. The joint in the gutter is poorly aligned with excessive use of sealant present. There is a significant downward deflection of the front face of the gutter at the northern end, where evidence of water retention is observed. The installed guttering does not adequately fall to the location of the discharge outlet.

I've got water damage appearing on the ceiling of a study/sunroom and need someone to find the source and fix it. The paint and plaster have blistered and lifted along a line across the ceiling, which looks like water tracking from a leak above. There's also a recessed downlight close to the damaged area, so there's a potential water-near-electrical concern to be mindful of. What I'm after: Inspect the roof and ceiling cavity to identify where the water is getting in Repair the leak itself (flashing, tiles/sheeting, seals — whatever the cause turns out to be) Let me know if the ceiling/plaster repair and repaint is something you can also do, or if I'll need a separate plasterer/painter Flag any electrical safety issue with the nearby downlight if relevant Photos of the ceiling damage are attached. I have a tile which has dislodged and needs to have mortar repaired and put back. It is on the second story. Only experienced roofers considered and if you break a tile you must replace it (I have spares). Work ideally done on a Friday or weekend.

Repair of steel sheet at home leaking on the sides as gap between the sheets

Recently discovered some issues and breakage with roof tiles. Need help from a roofer to fix it.

Current tin shed roof rusted and sagged. Required or replacement. Width of roof is 2150 x 1650mm. New width will need to stay the same, but the current depth of1650 could be reduced to any range between 1500 - 1600mm. Need to retain current roof have laserlite (plastic strip). Flexible on width of laserlight as long as it is not less than 300mm wide. Please indicate if your cost includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof material. Please ensure the roof material is Colourbond and could be existing or the corrugated style.

I have a small water damaged plaster section of roof that needs to be cut out, removed, replaced and repaired. Area is only 2000mm x 500mm approximately. On a ground floor standard ~2400 room height etc. The water issues have all been cleared up, so this is the last bit of clean up. You can access on weekends also if need be. Quote needs to include removing waste and a clean up. We should be able to curtain off this area easy enough to minimise sanding dust. Quote excluding painting, but needs to be neat fully prepped for paint. Note the vent in pictures want need to go back in.
