I need a tradie to come look and find the source of a water leak in the roof. The house is a double story, with a tiled roof. The leak only happens during rough rains and winds which is probably how the rain is getting in. I suspect its happened after the solar panels were installed but they havent been willing to come back and check.

Replace 1 roof ridge cap to the same color & profile as existing. Replace 1 tile, and then install mortar bed and then repoint. Job is a double story and can be done whenever it suits you. Just want it done soon as it might rain and start leaking. The box gutter has been repaired and they had to remove x2 ridges that are about 1 meter long each.

Terracotta tiled roof needs some repair/repointing done. Most of the roof is fine (see images). There is one section I can see that needs fixing (close up image) The house is a 1970s single story weatherboard with side access (see satellite image)

One roof tile has dislodged and is causing water to leak through the window frame. I have attached some images showing how it is now misaligned possibly due to wind. I need someone who can fix this and prevent it from happening again.

We recently had the roof repainted, and it’s possible some tiles may have been moved or displaced during the job. Now we’re seeing visible water stains and mould on the ceiling . Roof has a box gutter that is leaking badly. Few cracked tiles and ridge tile need replacing as well. Internal water damage repairs start 23 June so hoping to have roof repaired prior to that. Looking for quotes. Alexandra Hills.

This panel at the bottom of the roof has come loose. It seems that the strip holding it in place, and joined with the other panel, is gone. I have attached a photo of what a healthy joint looks like.
