I'm looking for a roofer to carry out repairs to an older tiled roof at my property in mayfield. The roof has many broken tiles, rusted valley irons, a few broken ridge caps, dektites and flashing that needs replacement. As well as some fretting. I'm not after a roof replacement, I just want someone to come out and fix it up for me. Thanks

Fascia board pulled away and some tiles with it. Tiles not cracked. Need re attached and made water tight. On the photo you can see the internet cable that pulled on the roof. It has been cut down now

Take down the roof on the carport attached to the house. Repair the rafters and re-sheet the corrugated iron roof on the side of the house. Gutters to existing down pipe. Inspect and quote

Garage some part roof is leaking

I need someone to inspect and seal a small roof leak around a skylight. The water seems to be seeping in through the flashing or surrounding roof tiles after rain. Looking for a quick, cost-effective repair — ideally using roof & gutter sealant or waterproof membrane. You’ll need to bring your own materials and tools (sealant, ladder, etc). Roof is single storey, easy access from patio. Job should be pretty straightforward for someone with roof repair or handyman experience.

Two story townhouse, roof tile has either broken or moved above my sons bedroom and water is showing on the ceiling plaster upon heavy rain. Hello Skilled personnel, Three areas of concern on a rooftop for a fast food store in Seaford. Chimney stacks, Box-gutters & Above toilet block leak. Chimney: on heavy rain down pour ONLY the inside-store exhaust vents above the hot plate grill plate leaks water, believed to come through the chimney stacks, most likely reason, but not definitely. (If you believe that to be true, it would require stripping back past applications of tar & black goo, etc ) Box gutters: rusted out, needs replacing 15m width approx. Toilet block in the store experiences water leaking, unidentified source. My bet it’s from the box gutter leaking. 1m porthole access to the roof, access vi rear carpark, laundromat. I’m open to other maintenance suggestions, whilst onsite. Ignore my $10 budget, please quote. Regards, Adrian.

Roof in one room is leaking. Need quote for fixing it

A section of my roof trim has come off during the recent storm. I need someone who can fix this section exposed to look like the correct finish in the second image.

We have a leak in our roof causing some water damage in roof of our bathroom. We presume there is a leak in the corrugated iron roof. There are also some sections of iron lifting up that need fixing. This is an old red corrugated iron roof.

I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. So I am seeking someone who is willing to do a compliant replacement (see relevant details from engineer report in one of the attached images). I am seeking someone with availability this week on either Tuesday Sept 30, Wednesday Oct 1, Thursday Oct 2 or Friday Oct 3. Parking on site is easy in my driveway and everything is on the ground floor with easy access to the back via the garage. I am in a Townhouse in Redfern. I have had issues with a leaking roof (80% repaired now) that has caused warping, splitting and mould in a section of the upstairs bathroom. It is about a 70cm section of roof that requires resecuring, restoring and replastering.
