I would like a qualified solar pool heating specialist to fix a solar pool heater pipe leak on my roof. Water bursts through whenever its turned on. Would also like a system wide inspection beyond the visible leak. A $140 dollar tip will be granted if the job is done properly and with no hassle. You will need to bring all required tools to complete the job.

We have an old cubby house which came with the property when we purchased. Currently the roof is broken so we want it replaced with a sheet so the water wont leak through or cover the roof some other way to stop water leaking through. Unsure exactly but it looks like water is getting in somehow and causing a stain and flaking paint on the ceiling. It could be wet in the insulation

Colour bond carport roof is leaking. House tile roof is fine and out of scope. Suspect the bolts need gaskets or sorta around them as the leak is dispersed across the area. Safety equipment recommended due to height. Ladder required. A guarantee/warrantee is requested.

Two story townhouse, roof tile has either broken or moved above my sons bedroom and water is showing on the ceiling plaster upon heavy rain. Hello Skilled personnel, Three areas of concern on a rooftop for a fast food store in Seaford. Chimney stacks, Box-gutters & Above toilet block leak. Chimney: on heavy rain down pour ONLY the inside-store exhaust vents above the hot plate grill plate leaks water, believed to come through the chimney stacks, most likely reason, but not definitely. (If you believe that to be true, it would require stripping back past applications of tar & black goo, etc ) Box gutters: rusted out, needs replacing 15m width approx. Toilet block in the store experiences water leaking, unidentified source. My bet it’s from the box gutter leaking. 1m porthole access to the roof, access vi rear carpark, laundromat. I’m open to other maintenance suggestions, whilst onsite. Ignore my $10 budget, please quote. Regards, Adrian.

A section of my roof trim has come off during the recent storm. I need someone who can fix this section exposed to look like the correct finish in the second image.

I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. So I am seeking someone who is willing to do a compliant replacement (see relevant details from engineer report in one of the attached images). I am seeking someone with availability this week on either Tuesday Sept 30, Wednesday Oct 1, Thursday Oct 2 or Friday Oct 3. Parking on site is easy in my driveway and everything is on the ground floor with easy access to the back via the garage. I am in a Townhouse in Redfern. I have had issues with a leaking roof (80% repaired now) that has caused warping, splitting and mould in a section of the upstairs bathroom. It is about a 70cm section of roof that requires resecuring, restoring and replastering.
