My mixer tap has snapped. I need the old tap removed and a new one installed. I have tried to remove it myself but the fixings are behined the basin making it very difficult to get to. Kitchen mixer tap is leaking and needs to be replaced. Also two toilet cistens leak into bowl sometimes after flush.

Kitchen mixer tap is leaking from the top and spout. The leaking reduces if I press on the lever.

Currently the kitchen sink has two wall mounted taps. There is a water hammer when cold water tap is closed. The breech/pipework has a crack in it and was repaired previously. One suggestion that I have is to shut off the wall mounted taps and run new pipes from the wall behind and install a new mixer tap. The work will have to be warranted for 12 months for the new mixer tap and the work completed. The photos show wall separating the sink and the outside where cold and hot water pipes run.

The tapbhas comes loose on top ofvthe sibk and the locking nut underneath needs to be tightened. Not sure if thres a specialist tiol for this, but i couldn't do it what I have.. Might only take 30 seconds from someone who knows what to do.

It looks like the tap washer or cartridge might need replacing. Someone who can service the tab for this and resistance to future leaks Please note — before fixing, both the mains water and the gas hot water cylinder will need to be turned off to do the job properly. check the pics attached the job is in Riverton 6148

The shower was dripping but now it’s running water and won’t turn off- i think the washers need to be replaced. Washers have been purchased just need someone who knows what they’re doing to fix it- ideally a plumber

I’m looking for a handyman to check and fix a toilet cistern issue where water keeps running from the tank into the toilet bowl. I’ve turned off the water at the wall tap to stop it for now. The job involves inspecting the cistern, fixing the cause of the overflow, replacing the toilet tank seal/washer, and making sure the toilet is working properly with no ongoing water flow.
