1, leak in external shower. 2, small bed room door handle loose. 3, The small bedroom (3) has water leaking in the window.  It seems to come in from the roof / wall and through the top of the window frame where there are some fine line cracks.  See picture attached where there are drops of water on the top of the fram and water is on the window sill.  Again I dont want this to cause mould, nor do i wish for Pat to have his bed covered in water 🙂 4, The bathroom basin sink does not have the cold water tap working. No water comes out when turned on.  This happens once a month and only the hot water tap works.  It does not work for about 10 days and then works again.  Started working again 3 days ago.
