Title: Licensed Plumber: Install 750mm Vanity (Cargo/Poseidon) + Reroute Pipe + Shower Re-caulk ​Description: Looking for a licensed plumber or highly skilled bathroom tradesperson to complete a vanity swap, pipe routing, and shower resealing job. ​Part 1: Vanity Replacement & Plumbing ​Disconnect and remove the existing custom/makeshift vanity unit. ​Assemble/install a new Cargo 750mm Freestanding Vanity Cabinet (BGS750WH) on a kickboard and fit the matching Poseidon Ceramic Basin Top (PC7546) (both supplied by me in boxes). ​Mount and hook up my existing tall chrome mixer tap into the single tap hole on the new ceramic top deck. ​Install a new pop-up basin waste plug (supplied by me, sitting on the box). ​Critical Pipe Routing: There is a standalone grey PVC laundry waste pipe on the right-hand side of the space. This needs to be neatly directed/routed through clean cutouts into the interior of the new vanity cabinet so it is completely hidden from view. ​Part 2: Shower Area Re-caulking ​Completely strip out and scrape away 100% of the old, discoloured silicone lines from the existing shower recess (wall corners, around the floor base, and near fixtures). ​Clean and treat the raw joints with an anti-mould solution. ​Apply fresh, neat, premium sanitary-grade (mould-resistant) silicone to all joints. ​What I provide on-site: ​Cargo 750mm Vanity Cabinet (In box). ​Poseidon Ceramic Top (In box). ​New matching pop-up waste (In packaging). ​Existing tall mixer tap (already connected to lines, just needs swapping over). ​Please bring your own tools, standard pipe fittings, and premium silicone. Shower head and a shower seal in our property requires changing. It requires initial visit to measure the seal and confirm what shower head is required.

Inspect and clear sewer pipe. Likely tree roots. (Has been in the past)

Install second-hand hot water system. Just water connection as there is a power plug in the vicinity of the position . The premises is an old warehoiuse. It has never had hot water connected. The hot water needs to be piiped to the sink above it and the toilet next door, the back wall is besser brick and the side wall is Masonite sheets. No mixer required just another tap to match the exisiting tap.

Plumber to install a dishwasher and check s-bend while doing. Old one already gone. Bosch dishwasher. Photos now attached.

Install a portable shower Access to hot/cold water is within 2/3 metres as for the waste unsure. Could the waste go where an existing toilet is or does it have to go down a drain 🤔

Replace unit I have a Rinnai Infinity 25 gas continuous hot water system that needs to be replaced I have attached 4 photos of the existing unit. Because it may be an expensive job, I may need a payment option to pay it off.

The toilet's tank seems to have some lose fittings, which is causing the water to leak in the toilet. The float seems to have damaged. The tank itself seems very old. Can the float be fixed?

Shower head leaks - from the holes where the shower water normally comes out. Have to turn both hot and cold water taps off really hard to reduce dripping, but it still drips (cold water). Same story for kitchen sink ... cold water tap has to be turned off especially hard and when turned on, you get a sudden spurt. Red arrows show where the dripping happens.

Replace the kitchen tap with a new one

The cistern needs fixing, I’m not sure what parts are needed if any but I can’t put it back together. The shower head is broken and the cold water squeals when turned on. The cupboards on the vanity need to be put back on and a couple of light bulbs which I can’t reach need replacing.

The Shower head is leaking considerably. Suspect needs washer replaced
