Under the carport the outer-most beam (~6m) extends beyond posts by roughly 1m and needs replacing.A few additional supports need to be installed to beter support the new beam to avoid reoccurance. The beam is non-load bearing but holds a gutter and it the roofing will need to be re-attached to the new beam. Reattach draining pipes which have dislodged. Essentially at some point the gutter was not draining (clogged probably). Over time this stressed the supports of this beam.
