I need to find the water line leak. I have dug down very close to where the leak is within in 20mins. I need the hole to be bigger and I have put a white outline where I want dug. I need it to be big enough so I physically get into the hole to repair the pipe once you find it. It is underneath the large plastic pipe in the photo. It is too awkward for an excavator to be able to get in there.

The kitchen cupboards are water damaged from the leak from the sink that I reported I was hoping with time they would dry out properly but they are not agreeing. I have tried my best to clean up with bleach to use them and treat the mould, but they are falling apart so I don’t want to touch and cause it to fall apart further. Black mould coming up, 4 of them unusable because of this and the smell they are producing is quite foul with the humidity around. They are water logged, soft and bowing and continually drop debris from the chipboard material.

I have two bathroom mixer taps that have started dripping. I would like that fixed. I understand it is not just a washer it is a cartridge change. I would need the cartridge supplied for both and fitted. The mixers are both exactly the same.
