Replace the damaged braided flexi hose under bathroom sink. There is no isolation valve under the sink so the main water needs to be turned off. Need urgent plumber to supply ans install a new flexi hose.

Connect a Samsung fridge water to outlet. Wall Outlet connection was smaller than the Samsung connection.

There’s a leak at the base of the toilet where it meets the drain. The wax seal or rubber ring seems to have failed. Need a licensed plumber to: Turn off the water supply Remove the toilet base Clean off the old wax seal/ring from the flange Install a new seal Refit the toilet and reconnect the water supply Test to ensure there are no leaks Please bring all required tools and materials. Preferably to be done this week — flexible with timing.

Very small hole in main metal pipe/tap connected to side of house. Hole is creating a slight mist

Need a down pipe replaced and directed to the drainage pipe. 2 story townhouse, whole pipe needs replacing. As seen in one of the images there is a balcony cover, which may/may not restrict some access, just something to note. PVC piping is fine, but open to recommendations, unsure how plumbing into pipe in ground works, so I’m open to suggestion. Need to replace as water isn’t going into pipe.
