Also can get oversea guidance for the installation. The person should have prior knowledge installting such machine.

I need someone to swap out my existing shower arm for this new one. The old arm connects to the wall with a union nut fitting (photo attached). It’s seized up and needs two wrenches to undo without twisting the pipe inside the wall — I don’t have the reach or the right tools for it. What I need: • Remove the existing shower arm and head • Fit the new one, with plumber’s tape on the thread • Check for leaks once it’s back on What I have: • The replacement shower arm and head, already purchased What you’ll need to bring: • Two adjustable wrenches, plumber’s tape, cloth/tape to protect the chrome, and a step ladder Should be a quick job — under an hour for someone who’s done it before.

Toilet has had issues flushing and filling up with water. Need this fixed - should be a quick job and have a shower head that is leaking a small amount. Then need a quote for two items 1. Putting in a small sink into the room with the toilet (WC) and 2. Replacing laundry sink which is rusting underneath. If competitive quote I will look to replace laundry sink first. Must have plumbing license to do the sink works.

I would need you to collect it from Manly and deliver it to my apartment in Kingsford, where I would need you to help me remove my existing washing machine and put it in the garage, and then install the new machine and dryer (with the dryer stacking on the washing machine). We damaged this wall with our truck door and apparently the wall needs to be inspectioned if the gas has any leaks or damage. The door caused damage to the render and paint but also lifted the entire structure off the ground and crushed it. After that we will need help to plaster the structure to the floor properly.

As per the picture, the piping is falling off underneath the table and I need a bracket put on the piping so it does not fall off
