I’m looking for a licensed plumber to complete two small bathroom repairs: 1. Replace the bathtub pop-up waste/plug assembly. The current waste does not seal properly and the bath slowly drains when filled. I have already replaced the plug gasket, but this has not resolved the problem so likely requires a replacement. 2. Repair a very stiff VOLA shower mixer. The blue lever controlling the shower water has become extremely difficult to turn. I’d like this assessed and repaired, which may involve servicing or replacing the cartridge/internal components. Photos are attached. Please include labour in your offer and indicate whether replacement parts are included or would be charged separately.

Hey guys, I need help from a licensed plumber with a leak at my rental property ideally for this upcoming Monday. It’s a slow leak from the base of the kitchen sink mixer. Tenant is going to get me a video which I can send across. I’m actually out of country right now, best time to call me is in afternoon from 4pm onwards (Friday).
