Toilet bowl has a small hole to the side. Water is slowly coming out from this small hole after I flush. I used a screw driver to reach inside that small hole and it's full of water inside the cavity below the toilet bowl I suspect previously there was a crack inside the bowl on the water way for waste water to go into drainage. And there's some yellow colour gel at the bottom of the bowl. I think the gel was some kind of sealant and now it has worn out If you have a way to use a pipe to reach inside and inject sealant all around the base of the toilet sewage, we don't need to dismantle the toilet bowl from the floor

The inlet valve on my toilet is broken. Needs completely replacing. I had a plumber from my insurance come out to help out. Said the cistern needs to come off to replace it.

My kitchen sink drain and tailpipe are misaligned, leaving a small gap and causing a leak whenever the tap is running.

I have a basin with a pop up drain that keeps sticking closed. I’d like to replace it with a regular drain (one that uses a plug).

When I flush my toilet, once the cistern is filled up with water, it begins running into the toilet bowl. If I jiggle the flush buttons or give the cistern a knock it stops. I just need the toilet to flush properly.
