My pipe is leaking. It's the pipe under the sink—when I use water, it starts dripping and leaking out.

The tap needs to be secured better. Currently is very loose and jiggles quite a bit. The retractable hose doesn’t pull out with ease because of this, you have to hold the tap steady then pull the hose out. Can send a video of the tap as well.

We have water hammer problems and even when we are not using the water. We can hear it occasionally so could be the neighbours’

Fix the concrete to drain, 2 drains. Smooth water to drain. Fix concrete connection area to void water going in. Fix water ponding to drain.

Part of the pipe was broken and needs to be replaced as in the photos. The white pipe is for water to the household and the rusty metal one is for water to a water tap in the garden.
