We have inbuilt toilets and the main bedroom toliet is not retuning when you flush it - you need physcially push it back into place. I may need replacement parts - please see photo and video

I will provide them (Caroma Quietflow 750085) (2) replace the braided hoses with new for all sinks/washbasins (7 in number) + 3 toilets; you need to supply (3) replace the washer of the faucet at the rear of the building A certificate is expected for the work completed.

Install new washers for taps and exhaust fan in bathroom. Can provide exhaust fan or pay extra to you.

Have purchased sink, just need new one installed and re-silocenned. Qualified and licensed plumbers only.

It works but the water pump is not necessary and needs to be removed as there’s enough pressure in Australia. Yes the unit is installed this year as it was gifted but needs to work without the water pump

The tap needs to be secured better. Currently is very loose and jiggles quite a bit. The retractable hose doesn’t pull out with ease because of this, you have to hold the tap steady then pull the hose out. Can send a video of the tap as well.
