I have an instant electric hot water system in my apartment, it gets up to 45-50° in my laundry and kitchen taps but the shower and bathrooms are max 35-38°. I would like some help in locating and removing the tempering valve or valves that are limiting the hot water temperature in the bathroom. I'm happy to be flexible on the price.

The exterior pipe valve is broken and leaking which needs to be fixed or replaced. Refer to the photo. There is a minor leakage on the pipes too. Open for quotes. Thanks

Replace my toilet. And any other valves that connect the toilet to the pipes (I presume that is part of toilet replacement). My current Toilet smells so rather than fixing that I just want a whole new one. Quote to include labour and materials, including toilet. Tell me brand of toilet when you quote. I want one that retails for about $600.

Bathroom sink is leaking (see photos) and looking for someone to fix the leak. Looks like washer closest to drain is loose so could be a very quick fix but not sure. Please quote for your time only, if new parts beyond washers etc. are needed will reimburse.

A caroma branded toilet seat has come away from its hinges. This job entails fixing it with the existing pieces, or repurchasing the caroma parts for reimbursement and installing. I have a Bunnings one minute from my place. You must have your own tools. An invoice is required to finish this task, outlining all costs associated. No invoice? Job can’t be marked as completed. I have a lose metal ring around the shower tap mixer. Just need to sealed back against the tiles.
