Toilet flush button is stuck. And water is running into bowl

Water was continually running last night Mains were switched off and now water not coming out of tap

Inlet valve gets stuck so cistern doesn't fill and the outlet valve seal is leaking.

There is a slight leak of the toilet into the bowl.

Hot/cold mixer tap is leaking from the handle.

We’re opening a small head spa in Hawthorn and need help with plumbing. We’ll have: 3 rooms, each with a basin (hot/cold water + drainage) A floor drain in the wet area An instant hot water system Can you give us a quote?

The mixer cartridge for my kitchen tap is leaking. I’m unable to replace the cartridge so I have a replacement tap that needs to be fitted by someone who knows how to do this properly. The task will include turning off mains water, removing the faulty tap, replacing it with the new tap, turning water back on and checking all new connections/seals for leaks.

Bathroom sink is leaking (see photos) and looking for someone to fix the leak. Looks like washer closest to drain is loose so could be a very quick fix but not sure. Please quote for your time only, if new parts beyond washers etc. are needed will reimburse.

Removal of current sink and installation of new one

We need a plumber to come and fix a leaky tap in our bathroom. It has been dripping for a while but now a steady stream that we can't stop by moving the tap handle around.

I have set up the primalnice cold bath, but not done a great job of it and there are a few leaks. I Ike someone who is experienced setting this up to come and do it from scratch

A caroma branded toilet seat has come away from its hinges. This job entails fixing it with the existing pieces, or repurchasing the caroma parts for reimbursement and installing. I have a Bunnings one minute from my place. You must have your own tools. An invoice is required to finish this task, outlining all costs associated. No invoice? Job can’t be marked as completed. Only experienced persons whom have replaced a seat before, no ‘work it out’ on the spot types. Must be completed by 8pm today. Communication is a must. Please don’t ghost me without an ETA. I have a lose metal ring around the shower tap mixer. Just need to sealed back against the tiles.

We have an old pedestal vanity to be replaced with a new floor mounted vanity. We will supply new mixer, vanity, sink, waste plug. Person will need to supply and install new waste pipe and trap. We will keep old vanity, so no need to factor waste disposal into quote. Supplied images include old vanity, and new set up/placement.

I need my freestanding bathroom sink vanity replaced . Old sink will need to be disposed of . The vanity’s are the same height / width etc .Please see attached pics below of the current one that needs to be removed with the new one . Please note - I don’t need hot water installed , I’m aware the new sink has a hot tap . This won’t need to be functional so it’s a pretty straightforward job .
