I need a licensed plumber or experienced handyman to complete three small plumbing jobs 1️⃣ Bathroom Tap (Master Bedroom): • Tap is leaking from the spout (thin stream even when off). • Likely needs a new washer or reseating. 2️⃣ Kitchen Tap: • Leak coming from the base of the tap where it joins the sink. • Probably needs an o-ring, seal, or re-tightening under the sink. 3️⃣ Install Waterdrop TSA Under-Sink Water Filter System: • Brand-new unit to be installed under the kitchen sink (unit supplied by me) • Connect to cold-water line and mount filter housing neatly inside cupboard. • If an extra tap hole or fitting is required, please advise before proceeding. • Must ensure no leaks and test water flow after installation. Requirements: • Must be a licensed plumber (preferred) or have strong experience with under-sink water filter installation. • Bring all required tools, fittings, and replacement washers/seals. • Ensure both taps and the new filter system are leak-free and working properly before leaving. Toilet flush button does not work and also constantly leaks water inside the toilet bowl (stuck in flush mode). The water isn’t able to fill up in the toilet as it leaks out inside the bowl. Please see photos as this is an old model toilet.

I have noticed water seeping out from the raised areas of my wooden flooring and around the kitchen tiles. The slight lump in the floor has been increasing, and moisture is visibly coming out of the surface. This seems to be related to a plumbing leak or moisture build-up beneath the floor. The problem has been recurring with previous leaks (in the garden wall, around the toilet flush, etc.), and now the flooring is showing further damage. The house was purchased in Hampton Park, VIC two years ago, and the issue has been ongoing. I need a licensed plumber or flooring expert to assess the situation, locate the source of the water, and provide a quote for fixing the issue.

Water flow on the first floor is weak — both showers or taps cannot be used simultaneously. Hot water on the first floor is only lukewarm, while the ground floor has no issue.

Our outside kitchen drain is blocked and needs clearing. The pipe runs approximately 5-6 metres from the kitchen sink pipe exit on side of house to the street sewer system. Water is backing up when draining the sink. Looking for someone with the right equipment (e.g. drain snake, jetter) to clear the blockage. Access to the pipe is from outside—standard residential setup. Located in Hampton Park VIC. Prefer someone available ASAP
