Emerald hotwater system - Pressure pipe continousley running water.

I have noticed water seeping out from the raised areas of my wooden flooring and around the kitchen tiles. The slight lump in the floor has been increasing, and moisture is visibly coming out of the surface. This seems to be related to a plumbing leak or moisture build-up beneath the floor. The problem has been recurring with previous leaks (in the garden wall, around the toilet flush, etc.), and now the flooring is showing further damage. The house was purchased in Hampton Park, VIC two years ago, and the issue has been ongoing. I need a licensed plumber or flooring expert to assess the situation, locate the source of the water, and provide a quote for fixing the issue.

Water flow on the first floor is weak — both showers or taps cannot be used simultaneously. Hot water on the first floor is only lukewarm, while the ground floor has no issue.

Renovating the bathroom and putting in a free standing bath tub however need these pipes moved so the tub can sit flush on the floor and wall

I have a leaking tap in the kitchen and I’m looking to replace it with a new kitchen mixer (which I will supply, refer to attached pics). Need a licensed plumber to remove the old tap and install the new one. Please provide a reasonable quote including labour and any small parts/sealant needed. Cheers

Our outside kitchen drain is blocked and needs clearing. The pipe runs approximately 5-6 metres from the kitchen sink pipe exit on side of house to the street sewer system. Water is backing up when draining the sink. Looking for someone with the right equipment (e.g. drain snake, jetter) to clear the blockage. Access to the pipe is from outside—standard residential setup. Located in Hampton Park VIC. Prefer someone available ASAP

Downpipe is in place, but I need it connected to the stormwater pipe. The stormwater pipe is about 10cm away from the end of the downpipe, as pictured. Relatively easy job. Looking for a suitably qualified person to complete the job.

Hello, I am planning to do a kitchen and laundry renovation, as well as replacing the toilet and a broken pipe. Here are the list of tasks that I require to be completed: - disconnect plumbing in kitchen/laundry before demolition - disconnect gas in kitchen before demolition - remove toilet (we will be buying a new toilet) - replace external broken pipe (see pic) - move washing machine taps from current location to below proposed benchtop After the above is completed, we will then require the plumber to come back and connect the following: - new kitchen sink - new laundry sink - oven - rangehood - gas stove - toilet Please see the attached images, I am happy to provide more information if required.
