So where I pointed by my finger is the new pit place and the blue dot is the location of the main pipe. The third photo the pit should be replaced I think qualified plumber can do

Water liking between hose and handle connection

The black rubber coupling on the water discharge pipe into the toilet bowl is leaking and needs to be replaced, it only leaks when the cistern is flushed.

We have a flooding issue at the subfloor and the store room next to it. There are pools of water at the subfloor. After it rained yesterday night night it seems to be getting a bit more serious this morning. There is a stream of water keep running out of the wall of the store room for known days already non stop. The water meter is not running, but there is a water sound. There is full access to the subfloor. We can't see any pipes leaking. We are happy to pay for an investigation fee, and get a quote for the actual job required.. Showerbase/screen(existing plumbing) 2.Vanity(existing plumbing) 3.Toilet suite - slight adjustment to the water supply and the sewerage line run straight under the floor. 4.Floor tiles-approx 5sqm 5.Wall to wall tiling Fixtures & Tiles will be provided, if you need to have a look first let us know. You can provide wood/plaster board as required. The toilet suite will ideally go on the back right hand corner and the vanity to be hung on the left of the far wall where the plumbing is.
