Kitchens sink drainage u pipe leaking, needs to be fix or make a new one

I need a plumber to replac 2xbasin handles and 2xshower handles. Handles available

Remove existing and reinstall the new one. I will provide the toilet suite. Other fixing materials by you and take the existing one to dump off site

Need to fix the toilet switch as it is rusty and cannot turn the water off.

Toilet is clogged with my daughter having put too many tissues and wet wipes in. Water overflows and plunger doesn’t help.

Water keeps pooling under my house as the 3 down pipes on the side of the house are droken and do not drain properly. I have water puddles underneath the house. It is a small crawl space to enter under the house. I would need someone to install a sump pump and get under the house to fix the puddles. The down pipes are only half the problem as we live at the bottom of a hill and receive all the run off into our backyard. The price is for the service I will pay for any extra materials needed eg sump pump

I have just moved my tank Set up and my Nautlis 800 Cannister is not filtering - I have trouble shooted but still not filtering water. I am sure I've missed something and it's probably just a 10-15 min job if that.

Replace the drain pit Cut the concrete Replace the pit Connect the pit to the main pipe (already marked) and please quote include the material Less than 400 mm distance. So where I pointed by my finger is the new pit place and the blue dot is the location of the main pipe. The third photo the pit should be replaced I think qualified plumber can do

We have a flooding issue at the subfloor and the store room next to it. There are pools of water at the subfloor. After it rained yesterday night night it seems to be getting a bit more serious this morning. There is a stream of water keep running out of the wall of the store room for known days already non stop. The water meter is not running, but there is a water sound. There is full access to the subfloor. We can't see any pipes leaking. We are happy to pay for an investigation fee, and get a quote for the actual job required..
