I am preparing to subdivide my backyard. I need to demolish the existing garage and build a new single garage at the back of the house. I have to construct a new common drive and provide some of the drainage works ( not all ) I have listed the needed works. The pits are numbered as per the plan, some of the pits not mentioned will be the responsibility of the owner of the subdivided site. So, is the drainage for the 2 x units?
