I have noticed water damage on the wall behind my shower so suspect the waterproofing has failed. I'd like to see if it can be repaired and the affected area regrouted.

Small bathroom renovation in a 1 bedroom unit. Plumbing to remain as is (sink may move a small distance which can be boxed in externally). Trying to keep simple, low cost and quick, as it's my only bathroom. Drawing below are out dated but gives example of layout/ dimensions (removing bath retaining shower only - toilet is no longer to move). Happy to source tiles/ fittings myself if required. I need my kitchen sink tap fastened correctly to my kitchen top. I've been advised by a plumber friend that the reason the tap is loose is because of how it has been attached to the kitchen counter top below. I'm unfortunately unable to take photos of the connection underneath the sink, as I'm currently injured. There is also a washer dryer that will have to be pulled out, in order to access beneath the sink.

We are experiencing an overflowing issue with the toilet floor drainage, where water and oil are coming up through the drain. While there are no solid waste materials (such as feces or urine), we suspect it may be related to the grease trap, which had not been emptied for the past four months. It was cleaned out yesterday morning, but the issue persists. The floor drain continues to overflow whenever a large amount of water is drained from the kitchen or when the toilet is flushed.
