Remove and replace shower Remove lower faucet spacer and install elbow. Shower head is sized on think it’s been installed using liquid thread sealant trying to turn it feels like it’s bending pipe. Might need to use a torch to remove it or cut it off.

Replace existing shower head to hand held shower. Need to bring tool to complete task. Non complex task. No drilling. I have the required plumbing tape but only requires wrench to complete

I require new shower handles, screws etc, as well as a look in to my washer/dryer to check for any drainage issues. My understanding is that my apartment's water 'turn off' valve is underneath my sink, which requires the shifting of my washer dryer which I currently can't assist with owing to a back issue.

I need the industrial dishwasher in first photo disconnected from its position in the photo and the one in the second photo (eswood brand) connected into the position that the old one was in. Both are ready and waiting. Will require someone who can install plumbing and the electrical. Also disconnect a smaller dishwasher (fragor commercial dishwasher 240v) and change to an eswood dishwasher. Not pictured Lastly fix a leaking kitchen tap

I have noticed water damage on the wall behind my shower so suspect the waterproofing has failed. I'd like to see if it can be repaired and the affected area regrouted.
