Small bathroom renovation in a 1 bedroom unit. Plumbing to remain as is (sink may move a small distance which can be boxed in externally). Trying to keep simple, low cost and quick, as it's my only bathroom. Drawing below are out dated but gives example of layout/ dimensions (removing bath retaining shower only - toilet is no longer to move). Happy to source tiles/ fittings myself if required. Looking for someone who can do end to end. I'm not looking for 'high end' - just a basic bathroom for a small starter home. Would like to start asap - preference to someone who can support this. Budget is up to 15k (inc fittings)

I need my kitchen sink tap fastened correctly to my kitchen top. I've been advised by a plumber friend that the reason the tap is loose is because of how it has been attached to the kitchen counter top below. I'm unfortunately unable to take photos of the connection underneath the sink, as I'm currently injured. There is also a washer dryer that will have to be pulled out, in order to access beneath the sink.

We are experiencing an overflowing issue with the toilet floor drainage, where water and oil are coming up through the drain. While there are no solid waste materials (such as feces or urine), we suspect it may be related to the grease trap, which had not been emptied for the past four months. It was cleaned out yesterday morning, but the issue persists. The floor drain continues to overflow whenever a large amount of water is drained from the kitchen or when the toilet is flushed. We need a professional to inspect and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

I have a leaking shower with a fairly constant leak. I’m looking for a handyman who can assess and fix the issue. You don’t need to be a professional plumber—just handy with basic repairs.

Our freezer Samsung is turning off so had to remove all items yesterday. Also the freezer has a missing piece from 3 months ago where the ice no longer comes out of the bottom.

My washing machine has an E18 error which looks like a clogged pipe. It’s under a countertop in my kitchen so I can’t remove it to take the pipe apart.
