The inlet pipe of my washing machine suddenly came off the tap while the washing machine was off, the connection part of the pipe is broken, will need a new inlet pipe replacement. 2. The water leak caused some damage to the office downstairs, will need to replace 2 ceiling panels. It would be great if you can give me a quote. Thank you.

The pop up waste in my bathroom has discoloured and I would like it replaced (preferably by a licensed plumber). I have already bought the replacement so just need someone to remove the old one and replace it with the new one, making sure it is fitted correctly. I don’t believe you need to disassemble from the bottom but I have included a photo of under the basin just in case. According to the guy at Reece Plumbing this should be relatively straight forward to do.

There is foul-smelling water pooling in my backyard near the inspection opening. Bathroom sink is draining slowly and there is a strong sewage smell. I suspect a blocked sewer line or overflow.
