I have a non compliant shower waste trap. My tiled shower is leaking and I suspect that the issue is the waste trap and potentially also the membrane.

Upstairs shower is leaking into downstairs floor. I have ripped open the ceiling to see where specifically the leak is coming from and it is 100% from the shower waste pipe. After inspecting the waste pipe, it is loose and the cement around the pipes is coming apart. Would want to replace the shower waste pipe with a new one.

My unit water pressure is 580psi, I need to install the pressure controller valve next to water meter. Thanks

Pop up waste x 2 not working and gets stuck when pushed down. Possibly needs a good clean or replacement. One pops up and down but gets stuck the other doesnt work at all. 2 sinks in total need repairing (both are the same) Plumber required
