Hot water unit is leaking

Have to replace an existing faulty tempering value with a new exact original replacement. I am just after labor charge as I have the tempering value.

It’s a small hand washing sink. It is clogged it’s an easy job. I’m logging in a job because i don’t have the tools for the job.If u have the right tools it’s well within a 10 minute job max.

After flushing the water level in the toilet goes to about halfway then slowly drains Two downstairs toilets have the same issue. Have tried plunging but it hasn’t helped Toilets are clean at present

Looking for a plumber to uninstall 3 bidets from my place and restore it to without bidet connection.

Upstairs shower is leaking into downstairs floor. I have ripped open the ceiling to see where specifically the leak is coming from and it is 100% from the shower waste pipe. After inspecting the waste pipe, it is loose and the cement around the pipes is coming apart. Would want to replace the shower waste pipe with a new one.

Bosch fridge requires gas fill up and glue to seal. Confirmed no issue with compressor.

Kitchen tap is leaking under bench, looks like seal has deteriorated and needs to be replaced. Depending on state of tap either fix seal or replace if necessary.

Hi Pls note task update and change in budget…, We need 3 bidets fitted in two of our toilets.

I need my shower head to be replaced in my bathroom as is coming loose and will potentially break. I need someone with a plumbing experience to help replace it. P.S : I have the new shower head with me just need someone to replace it.

Bath tap too tight and always dripping and also kitchen sink tap too tight to close and open and dripping constantly.

In having trouble removing the old shower arm and need to install my new shower head.
