Kitchen tap is leaking under bench, looks like seal has deteriorated and needs to be replaced. Depending on state of tap either fix seal or replace if necessary.

I’m working on a job for a client, need 2 gutter drain pipe replace to pvc pipe. Old pipe is rusted and not secure. About 6m+ long, from second floor all the way till ground. Get me any offer and contact. Need to do it asap.

Blocked toilet, water vwey slowly. Used an Auger which helped a little but still not working properly.
