Would like to move 2x water meters they are next to each other

Need to change shower base, wall and screen, breech for hot and cold water, and bathroom floor tiles. Shower is wall to wall. Bathroom floor is 2.10 x 2.10 mt. Pressure reducing valve also needs to be fitted at outside main meter.

I will be completely stripping down an old bathroom. I would like the plumber to inspect the pipes, check if any are damaged or clay pipes behind the wall /under the floor and move taps of the old bathtub to where the new shower base would be, and move the drain of the bathtub to where the new shower base would be

There is a leakage in some of the taps. One is the shower tap and one laundry sink tap.
