The kitchen mixer tap needs to be replaced. We have bought the new mixer tap, but do not feel confident enough to replace the old tap with the new one. The same for the soap dishes which require replacing in each of the shower units. - Due date: Flexible

There is a flexible hose that connects the aircon condensation outlet to an lipped inlet on a toilet sink S bend. It doesn’t seem to fit nicely and has been temp rectified with some putty and a clamp by a handyman but the leak is still occurring. Would like someone to come by and resolve the issue if possible.
