Cold water tap for washing machine is leaking. Assuming the washer needs to be replaced.
A wonderful guy who was pleasant & helpful. Fixed the leaking tap & even helped with a hot water issue. Worked fast, explained everything & worked to our schedule. We now have a new plumber having moved into a new neighbourhood. Would recommend Brandyn to anyone looking for a plumber.

The kitchen mixer tap needs to be replaced. We have bought the new mixer tap, but do not feel confident enough to replace the old tap with the new one. The same for the soap dishes which require replacing in each of the shower units. - Due date: Flexible
