Find an experienced plumber in Ashwood

Hi, Looking for someone to unclog my very slow draining sinks in my kitchen. They are both connected to the same outlet under the sink.

The tap id leaking. Need to replace the rubber washer(?if this is the name)

Toilet blocked. Water raising when flush. Have 2 toilets but just 1 having the issue. How much it cost including the camera and water jetter? Thanks

Plumber and handyman to fix things around the house: 1) blocked toilet which drains slowly then gurgles. Other toilets in the house working fine. 2) Squeaky shower when water is set to warm. Also this shower seems that there's no hot water left after someone else has used it. Other showers work fine. 3) replace door handle 4) fix fallen piece of timber in garage

Three of the current toilets to be removed and new installed. Same location and no major plumbing work. Flexible on timing will get the toilet units. Old photos and new proposed attached

Hi, we need someone qualified to investigate a plumbing leak under our sink. We think we’ve identified the problem with the plumbing connections but best to have someone check and remedy the leak ASAP please! Keen to get it fixed by tomorrow morning but we’re also available till late tonight.

The sink slowly leaks when completely filled with water, is fine for general use. Old tap works but isnt gixed in place, i believe because the wood its connected to has rotted away, i have a new tap that needs to be installed. The shower temperature has been inconsistent at times, can sometimes only be scolding hot or freezing cold. Could be a building issue but need to find out wither way. Also an only get cold water to laundry sink, no hot water.

Looks like the drain pump of smeg dishwasher (model dwau6214x2) has become faulty and water is not draining. Need help with fixing the draining issue.
