Need a licensed plumber to fix two bathroom leaks. One leak is around the bath/shower tapware, and the other is a drip from a braided flexible hose connection under/near the basin. Photos attached. Likely needs washers/seals/O-rings or hose/fitting repair. Please bring common parts and tools. Budget includes labour and basic small parts, with larger replacement parts discussed separately.

I wanted to someone to do a leak detection service. My home is a single-storey unit in Ashwood. The water meter keeps running even when no water is being used.

the wash basin plunger is firmly stuck and cannot be pushed to drain the wash water still in it.! It probably screwed on and locked it down too tightly and the spring mechanism cannot plunger up again. Need plumber to come fix that on monday as now the basin is unusable. Just a quick job that needs doing asap as water continually running on front yard tap probably just needs washer replaced

We've had a long history of issues with our upstairs ensuite shower. It leaks to the downstairs ceiling. We got our tiles regrouted with epoxy grout and a new shower screen fitted. The leak persists. I'm concerned that that's some issue with the drain/flange. I want: - Visual inspection of the flange seating - Check if its properly secured and sealed to the drain body - Assessment as to if the flange to trap connection is intact. - An examination of the pipes -> is our shower head flow rate too high for the drain? - Bring a drain camera to check the trap/pipe connection. Ideally a camera - based examination of the pipes just to make sure it's all as expected.

Need a plumber to remove the existing toilet, and install a new smart electric toilet with bidet. Discard the old toilet and connect up all the plumbing to ensure it works properly and flush properly. I am just getting the estimate and will order the unit once I know the cost to install hence the start date is not known yet but should be within next couple of weeks. The job is in Ashburton. Vic.

Heating was off for last 12 months and now when we put it on. Everything looks good on the thermostat but looks like not communicating with the outside unit. On the boiler if I reset it starts working but again same problem when heating is off. Boiler from immergas and controler from Siemens. Also if possible want to upgrade to wifi if possible.

Looking for an experienced handyman or tiler to replace a broken ceramic soap dish in a tiled shower. The current soap dish is chipped and needs to be carefully removed (it is tiled into the wall), and a new one installed in the same position.

Replace bathroom basin pop-up waste. Existing waste needs replacement. Standard 32 mm trap with good access under sink. I can supply the new waste (pictured).

We have a sink that is slow draining and it’s only one in the house that is slow draining I have taken apart the sections like in the photos ( and put them back ) so am confident the block is behind the wall and the pipe is narrow as it’s a 1950’s house and have tried a hand auger but hasn’t helped. I think you will need a electric eel or something else as it feels like built up scale, hair and soap. Friday morning would be preferred
