There is a small leak from a pipe to the water filter unit. It appears to be coming from where the pipe connects with the metal section. If you get here and think the water filter company would be better to fix that. Thats ok. Also a new tap unit to be fitted to the bathroom sink. No plumbing problems here, just a new tap to replace the crap quality one that's currently there.

The ice maker has stopped working suddenly needs to be repaired

Fix washing hose to the drain . Current p trap and s trap doesn’t support . Purchased new p and s trap with extra outlet to connect the washing hose and a clamp . Might need extra trimming of pipe or adding some joint to connect .

Toilet started bubbling when using shower. Tried to flush toilet and the water doesn’t drain as fast as it usually does. It looks like there is a clog in the toilet drain. Checked the vents and they appear okay so guessing it’s a clog at the toilet itself. Other toilet and other drains in the house appear as normal.

We have 5-10 meter drain blocked with leaf debris and kerb outlet drains very slow. Need a plumber with water jet machine to pressure the drain and clean out debris. This is less thn an hour job or can lock an hour for the price provided has right equipments.

I have a new fridge (LG GF-L700PL) with an ice maker, but am struggling to connect it to the water outlet. The plastic attachment that came with it is too large, so I got one that fits (the metal one) from a plumbing shop, however it leaks a little. The previous owners had a Samsung Fridge with water and ice that worked fine.
