Instantaneous gas water heater at a double brick apartment building. Not getting hot water in apartment, unsure why as there is power to the unit - assuming it is a plumbing issue.

Connect the pump to the water tank & install a standard garden tap. I don’t believe the tank has ever been fitted for a tap before. Ensure the connections are sealed,leak free and the pump is correctly positioned/secured. Also, there is a downpipe with a missing section (at the top per photo attached), if that can be fitted/secured as well

Current kitchen sink mixer faulty . Needs to be removed and replaced with new tap. (Already purchased). Will be a quick job for experienced plumber.

Need help to drain water from old water heater. All the valves are corroded so it may need to be a brute force job to break the tank open somehow. It’s impossible to lift it anywhere as it’s full of water.

I want to add a European laundry in the next room, to create more space in the kitchen (see image). Wall is not brick and can be cut into, as with floorboards underneath. Given that this is beside the current plumbing in the kitchen/laundry I believe this must be possible and am interested to know how much this would cost, how long it would likely take and any risks/concerns with this concept. There's already a power point in this location, so it's more so plumbing that's an issue with moving a washing machine. There is a small leak from a pipe to the water filter unit. It appears to be coming from where the pipe connects with the metal section. If you get here and think the water filter company would be better to fix that. Thats ok. Also a new tap unit to be fitted to the bathroom sink. No plumbing problems here, just a new tap to replace the crap quality one that's currently there.

Fix washing hose to the drain . Current p trap and s trap doesn’t support . Purchased new p and s trap with extra outlet to connect the washing hose and a clamp . Might need extra trimming of pipe or adding some joint to connect .

Need a landscaper to connect irrigation pipe to rain bird automated system. I will purchase and run the pipe just need it connected and configured.
