Hi there. I am after someone that is experienced with doing painting and sanding and touchups on a Qlder to prepare it for sale. This will be a couple of weeks work (2 or 3, not entirely certain)...depending on if you are one person, or a couple etc. I can/will supply most tools and of course all materials. Labour only....you can quote as a job if you really prefer. Ballastrating, windows, french doors etc etc . most work is outside. Walls, skirtings and architraves require repainting to our entrance-way, family room (2 walls) and 2 hallways. No undercoat is required as the existing paint can be painted over. We already have the paint; just need a professional painter to do the job. No furniture needs to be moved. The job should only be a day for 2 men. My husband is a shift-worker so we need to work around his days off. - Due date: Required to be completed as soon as possible.
