I’ve had the chimney repaired and prior to repair, smoke was leaking on lighting fire causing soot damage/ marking to some of ceiling and small area of stones backing Needs to be washed in preparation for painting

We have a crack in the ceiling plasterboard where the boards join. It’s just come from movement in the house over time separating where the plasterboards join. It just needs to be patched up so I can paint over it. It’s a straight line about 2.5m long and slightly more than a hairline crack. There’s one other hairline crack in the wall plasterboard about 25cm long to patch also.

We have had surface mould come up on all the ceilings in the house and require it to be cleaned. It's a 3 bedroom house with two bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, dining room, laundry and hallway. The ceilings are high in several rooms and raked with timber beams. The ceiling sections in between the beams are made from white fibro. The white fibro sections needs cleaning but the timber beams are not moldy but look dirty with some cobwebs and could do with being cleaned as well where necessary. I have photos attached here of the worst areas but hard to see the extent. Dining room is worse than rest of house due to a roof leak but the rest of the house is not as bad but still has noticeable mould spots all over - most ceilings need to be done (not just ones in photos). Also we have a very small deck (approx. 1.5 mtr sq) off kitchen which also has same white ceiling, timber beams and timber panels on walls which could also do with cleaning. The attached photos only show the bad stains and you cannot really see the surface mould from the pics cause it's very faint but still there. Due date: Flexible - no deadline but would be good to get it done asap. I dont know how long or how much it's worth hence I put $350 in the post. - Due date: Flexible

I have the paint, rollers and scaffold There are a couple of small holes that need to be patched from moving lights. The room is 6.5m x 8 m - Due date: Before Sunday, 13 November 2022

A few dents in walls due to moving large furniture. Just need to be filled, sanded and three of them painted. Have paint available.

Purchased painted timber bedroom furniture 12 months ago from marketplace. Clearly wasn’t finished properly, as the paint is deteriorating quickly. Just wanting the bed frame, two bedside tables and tall boy repainted and finished with a top coat to prevent damage again! Will likely require sanding - however the paint on it might be an undercoat, meaning only some parts would need to be sanded and the rest just painted over. Just want a white chalk finish. Will provide paint if desired. Located Coolangatta. Can be painted on lawn here in apartment complex, or taken away. Also any day/time is fine.
