Not popcorn ceiling . It’s more of a textured paint on the ceiling. To be removed prior to moving in. Apartment will be unfurnished. It’s a 70square m apartment. 2 x bedrooms and living room is required for the ceilings to be removed (bathrooms have already been done).

Ceiling patchwork prior to selling property.

The kitchen cabinets in the house I bought have been spray painted over badly in gloss white. I assume no primer was used as they have just chipped. Looking for someone to strip off the bad paint (comes off very easily to touch and repaint them in non chipping paint. Cupboards are usual type of kitchen cabinets. Two full size double doors and 8 under counter cabinets. I will purchase paint with guidance on what is needed from painter.

Hole in plaster wall has been patched and just needs touchup paint. Paint will need to get matching paint colour from a paint shop or Bunnings. On our jetty there is a square piece of ply board that has broken it. Just a new one needs to be cut to size around 600 x 600mm and dropped into place.

Hi there, all the very best. If you could quote on a good-wearing, mid-range paint for the two bedrooms (not master) and the colour would be "vivid white" for both. Attached is a floor plan; not sure if you know the complex, but as ours is a top-floor apartment, the ceiling is 3 metres in height, so there is a bit more wall space to work with.
