Need someone paint the ceiling for a 3 bedroom double storeytownhouse. Small patches maybe need to fixed but no plasterboards will be needed. Carpet is only upstairs and stairs and will need to be protected. Have provided some old photos.

I have provided floorplans of where painting will need to occur, and have provided as many photos as I can of the works. From what I have, there is the following: 15 x internal doors 2 x architraves and connecting skirts for the new builds 9 x full walls 1 x half wall 1 x laundry, one wall 3 x ceilings All new walls have cornaces that will need to be painted. I have all paint needed for the job, with colour match for the yellow and orange, and white for the rest. I also have prime paint. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 5 October 2022

URGENT: Interior Painting (Walls, Doors, Skirtings) - All Materials Provided! Location: Ringwood East, VIC Budget: $1100 Flat Rate Deadline: Must be 100% finished and cleaned up by 4:00 PM this Thursday (March 5). I have an open inspection at 5:00 PM. Task Description: I am selling my house and need an experienced, fast-working painter to take over and finish painting my approx 70 sqm interior. I have already done some of it, but need a pro to finish the rest ASAP. What needs to be painted: • All remaining walls. • All interior doors. • All skirting boards. • A few minor patch-ups on the ceiling (NOT painting the whole ceiling, just fixing small spots). • NO windows to be painted. Condition & Prep: It is an older house. You MUST prep the walls properly before painting. This means filling holes/dents with spakfilla, sanding them completely flat, applying primer, and then painting. Clean lines and edges around the skirtings and doors are extremely important for the house sale. Materials: LABOUR ONLY. I have already bought everything you need. Premium paint (two types), spakfilla, masking tape, rollers, brushes, etc., are all on-site ready to go. To Apply: Please confirm you can meet the Thursday 4 PM deadline. In your offer, briefly tell me your process for prepping/patching old walls, and attach a few clear photos of your recent work (especially close-ups of edges, doors, and skirting boards).

Patch the plaster board: 1) 10cm diameter hole; 2) 10cm crack / broken ceiling board; Repaint the walls with matching white colour. (Note: only around the area to be patched and also on some outline of the removed cabinet)

Roof of garage is 7metres by 6.2metres needs plaster hung and ready to paint; walk in robe needs some plaster hung and patched roof; sanding and therefore ready to paint. Please note all areas will be ready to hang no prep work.

Hi, there, I have one wall hole that need repair, as shown in the attached photos. The size of the holes is approximately: • Height: 35 cm • Width: 40 cm The wall is an indoor plasterboard wall. I would like the wall to be smoothly repaired and restored to its original condition. I have some leftover Wattyl Ultra Low Sheen Acrylic Interior paint, but it’s five years old, and I’m not sure if it’s still usable. I’d appreciate it if you could assess the paint or suggest alternatives. Ideally, I would like the job to start at 10 AM or be completed by 3 PM in the afternoon. Please provide a rough estimate of the cost and the time needed to complete the job.

Have a 2 bedroom cottage that has cement sheet walls and ceiling interior and need a strip out so can renovate home of interior walls and ceiling

The top layer of paint came off while using gumption and it looks a bit more white than the rest of the wall. It is not a huge portion either, around 30 cm to be painted over maybe. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 11 July 2023
