I am preparing my apartment for selling and require a professional to re paint over the current tiles on the walls in my bathroom There will be no need to take off the old existing tiles you can just paint over the current ones with professional tile paint. You must have all your own equipment and anything required to do this job. Someone with some experience in painting/spray painting preferred - primer and oil based paint believed to be required plus surface may need to be lightly sanded first (cabinet material is believed to be laminated MDF or engineered wood). Basin may need to be covered with tape to ensure that cabinet top gets evenly and properly repainted without transfer to the basin itself. My belief is that the original discolouration may have been caused by bleach application by a tenant to remove mould. If you are interested in the job - I will offer part payment here and the balance in person.

We have 4 holes in the wall where we have tried to hang a towel rail and robe hooks into plasterboard. The wall needs to be patched and painted to restore it. It’s one main wall and a small section where one of the robe hooks was placed. Vinyl wrap the walls of two bathrooms And maybe the ceiling of one. We're renovating — converting one large bathroom into two. One gloss black, the other gloss white (no patterns). We need a wallpaper maestro. The wrap is self-adhesive vinyl. Existing walls are semi-gloss paint (it holds, we've tested), new walls will need painting. Shower areas will be waterproofed with laminate, only one may need vinyl. The white bathroom is 2300 x 1500 x 2700 high, the black is 2600 x 2500 x 2700 high. Cost? Let's negotiate. When? Hi, I'm looking for a handy person with a tall ladder that can reach an approx 4m high ceiling. The task is to clean up a small patch of mould that has developed from a water leak on the ceiling. To clarify, we don't need to paint the ceiling to completely remove all watermarks etc, just to properly clean the mould stains. Please see attached photo. Developer left patches everywhere. I have done one coat but it is not enough. I am going into hospital next week so cannot complete. Good quality, dulux natural white provided and careful use of drop cloths required

Warehouse apartment has concrete ceiling and plasterboard walls. There’s a gap between them that lets through sound and dust. We would like it filled and sealed with acoustic caulk. Gap is about 1cm wide. We would like someone to buy the acoustic caulk with a trade account if possible (can add the cost to the total). Walls are about 3.5m high so you’ll need a ladder. Skirting boards and the ceiling will need to done too, there's not much furniture and it can all be pulled away from the wall easily.
