A smoke detector in our restaurant is being relocated on Wednesday, which will leave an approx 40mm hole in the ceiling above the fan (see photo 1, circled). The task is that we need a gyprocker to attend to fill this hole and paint it, THURSDAY MORNING 8.30AM. I have the paint and paint roller/brush. We have a second similar existing hole in the ceiling (see photo 2, circled) that we also need gyprocked and painted. I have the paint and paint roller/brush. Hello! I have kitchen laminate doors which need a painter to prep coat then top coat (possibly x2) Going from laminate beech (imitation wood) to white. Have been advised to use Dulux “renovation range” primer, cabinet doors and then potentially a satin clear coat. Any advice appreciated though. Hi Everyone, I’m just trying to get an understanding of how much this paint repair should cost as the agent/landlord has now claimed $1,800+ for this job for paint and removal of hooks (which I am able to remove myself easily given time). For me this is an insane claim (likely with the idea of extorting the cost of repainting the whole apartment while only few areas need fixing including the water damage being claimed in couple of pictures here). That was when I was trying to use everyday household cleaning spray to get the hooks out (which ran down the wall making it appear as water damage) but realised not gonna work. The adhesive hook on the wall ripped the paint out while I was trying to remove it, hence left the others not to damage further. Depending on the remedy agreed, I may be allowed to do those repairs myself. In that case, this task will be assigned to the tasker accordingly (as I am no painter nor a tradesman). Of course, with the appropriate cost applicable for this task. $99 is just to put a number for the task, so I could get some quotes and ideas of how much it should cost to fight back. Hence, I would highly appreciate if this community could give me an idea of an approximate it should cost to just repair those areas. Thank you so much in advance.

Looking for an experienced waterproofer. All materials and costs should be included in price. Parapet wall of end terrace needs to be cleaned, repaired, waterproofed and painted. It is an end terrace and the drop to the ground level is too high for ladder, so you will probably need a safety rope. After repair and waterproofing the new section needs to be painted (I have the paint). Length of wall / parapet is about 35M. See pics of the wall and closeups of some cracks.

I need someone to thoroughly clean the walls in one bedroom. Walls previously had spots of mould, we have cleaned twice. I need a professional job done.
