We have 3 rooms that have received damage to the ceilings as a consequence of lateral water penetration (we live in an 1880's Victorian terrace, so there is no cavitary within the double brick wall). We would like to get the ceilings replaced, along with the removal of any underlying ceilings (we anticipate that there are 2-4 ceilings layered on top of each other, with the top layer being lath and plaster). The room sizes are roughly: * Living 4x4m * Dining 4.2x3.4m * Bedroom 4.2x3.4m The lateral damp issue has been rectified, and we have engaged a lime plaster to render the walls and re-run the plaster cornices.

Half the height of 3 walls in a bedroom has been rerendered due to rising damp remediation. It needs a super thin coat of plaster to even it out. There is also two little spots in the hallway that need to be plastered as well.
